Now when i searching my package with the track number it is in Delivery Company hub in Germany and it's consider as delivered.I don't have news of my e-mails to CoolMiniOrNOt and i don't have any news form the delivery company.And i don't have my package !!!!

Well i just return back from delivery company , and what i have listen that CoolMiniOrNot asks them to return back my pledge....The 20/03/2015 the delivery company asks to CoolMiniOrNot to give them my phone number for know where give me my package because their GPS don't found my address who is inexistant or not complete....CoolMiniOrNoT don't give them my phone and The worse today, this morning , CoolMiniOrNot tell to the delivery company to return back my package , and less siad it me in an e-mail or phone call....That's inadmissible to waste tiem of people this manner and let them in the dark, and less apologize !!!! So if you have a new locality (same since 6 months or less) maybe you have the same problem as me and sorry for guys but if you have not your pledge it's surelly because CoolMiniOrNot has asks a return of your package.....!!!!!!
My best friend has his pledge !!! And i don't have mine, i live at only 25 kilometer from him , why my pledge isn't arrived same day than for him !!! When i search with the tracking number my pledge seemed staying in a warehouse , because he don't seemed move since he arrived the 20/03/2015 in this warehouse !!! a tracking number is beautiful but no phone number for call and asking where is our package !!!!
I live in Aus and my friend down the road just received her package of awesomeness today. Mine hasn't come yet but hopefully in the next few days :)
But though the ships did arrive they must be unloaded and go through customs. The later can take quite a while. Then they need to be brought to the Warehouse. Then they need to be sorted and postage to be added, this takes time for 3 containers of merchandise! So this may take until next week or even the week after!
Still waiting for any updates for West Coast pledgers... I realize Oakland was the problem, but please don't punish us forever!
Any update on the Aus / NZ container yet? Customs have had it for nearly 2 weeks now :)

Is there any delivery to Germany? Because I've got no notification till now and the Ships must be arrived.
@Nuno Antunes I have the same warning in my pledge manager, I assume its just a generic warning because my address is not a PO Box. I don't think it means your details are wrong or anything, at least I hope not.
I have this message In my Pledge Manager: "Please note: We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes". What does this mean? :/ Anyone with the same problem?

Weird. I went and checked my pledge manager and it said that I still owed them 7.50.
In the past, it seems that they have assembled packages in order of complexity, from least complex (no add-ons) to most complex, (multiple copies, + lots of add ons).
So far, everyone who has reported getting their stuff has not added anything to their pledge.
How are things being shipped? Based on order priority? I ask because I was one of the first 100 backers for season 3 and curious if things would be shipped in that order since you don't have enough to go around at the moment it would just make sense.
I don't believe CMoN goes out of their way to make sure the US gets shipped to first. It most likely has to do with logistics and what makes the most sense financially. Doing things in bulk is cheaper and safer. Hopefully we will all be happy killing zombies in a month or so and no one will care who got what first. :)
Any chance to get a status or even a name of the boat where the US containers are? Still in the harbor? Moored? On the rail? Truck?
Are the EU orders shipping from Germany or the UK as one of the boats has already left Germany and is sitting out side the UK right now,

I just wanted to clarify. We are not sending out partial orders. We are shipping out all of the complete orders we can currently fill with our present inventory.
With regards specifically to Canadian fulfillment, pledges are packaged and prepared in the US facility, then loaded onto a truck and sent to the Canadian Distribution Hub for delivery. We are waiting for the final containers to arrive so we can send the entire Canadian fulfillment to the Canadian Distribution Hub.
With regards specifically to Brazilian fulfillment, pledges are packaged and shipped directly from the US facility. So, it is possible that some backers in Brazil may receive their orders.
Again, The USA HUB is fulfilling as many orders as we can with the currently inventory we have in stock at the moment. Once we have the final containers we will be able to finalize shipping out fulfilment.

Its a shame that they don't say its for USA and Canada when many companies say North America. Some of them assumed Canada is part of USA. Its confusing for all Canadian and that is why Canadian always ask if they are getting it or not. I usually read the "Term and Condition" to find it out if its for both American and Canada or just American only. But we all know some companies don't usually post "Term and Condition" for ordering and sometimes its not even listed in FAQ as well.

Will we be getting email about orders being shipped?
As for Canadian, I assumed we be getting it since last update quote: "As mentioned in a previous update USA, Canada, and Central and South America are waiting on a final container to be released from the port and put on rail. We'll update you as things progress." but I probably expected a little bit longer.
I am guessing since we (Canadian) orders are not mentioned we are not exactly high on the priority list.
