Greetings ladies and gentlemen!

It is with great pleasure that we announce that the shipping is now complete, so all of you should get your parcels in a short amount of time, if you haven't already.

What to do if you haven't received your stuff

If you haven't received your package or tracking information, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the pledge manager: ckpm.coolminiornot.com

2. Check to make sure your shipping has been paid and your order has been confirmed

3. If both of those have been done and you still have yet to receive your package, please email support@cmon.com with your email address, pledge number, and the campaign you backed

We would also like to thank you for being part of this campaign.

The World of Smog: On Her Majesty's Service wouldn't exist if it weren't for your enthusiasm for the game and for your trust in CoolMiniOrNot.

We hope you get zillion hours of fun with it.

Now, let's go and make those wheels turn.

Shipping Update 8-18

Hello Gentlemen!

I just wanted to pop in and give you all a quick update on how shipping is progressing in each region.

USA

We're still packing orders for USA backers here at the CMON offices. Our teams have been pretty steadily moving through the packages. Our current estimate now is that we should be done by the end of August.

Canada

We spent a few days last week packing up the Canadian orders  to have them shipped to our fulfillment hub. As of this writing the container is on its way to the hub. They should start getting packages shipped out by the end of the week. Please allow time for us to receive tracking numbers from them.

EU

We've now gotten confirmation that packages are being sent out smoothly. The odd delay we had seems to have been corrected. You should be receiving your packages soon. Our hub reports that they believe they should complete shipping by the end of this week.

AUS

According to our Australian hub all packages have been shipped out to backers.

APAC

According to our manufacturer in China all packages have been shipped to backers.

Rest of World

These are being packed alongside the USA orders now. They will ship out as they are completed. This should be done by the end of the month.

What to do if you haven't received your stuff

Since we're still shipping out pledges to backers right now, we ask that you wait until we've confirmed that all hubs have completed shipping before you email support with an inquiry.

However, if you reside in a region that is listed as complete above please follow these steps:

1. log into the pledge manager: ckpm.coolminiornot.com

2. check to make sure your shipping has been paid and your order has been confirmed

3. if both of those have been done and you still have yet to receive your package, please email support@cmon.com with your email address, pledge number, and the campaign you backed.

Thanks again for your support.

Gen Con and Shipping Update

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen!

Gen Con 2015 is behind us, and The World of Smog: On Her Majesty's Service made a very classy showing at the show!

Backers showed up to test their acquisition and left pleasantly satisfied. Unknowing convention attendees were intrigued by the very elegant game presentation and rotating board and sat down to give it a go. We're happy to say they did were not disappointed. And every time someone played a Wheel of Chaos card and the whole board was rotated, people were left either speechless or laughing in astonishment.

Kickstarter shipping proceeds at full steam. Here's were everything stands:

USA and Latin America

We have already started shipping out pledges, and will continue to do so. We are preparing packages for The World of Smog and Rum & Bones at the same time, so we hired extra staff to make sure everything gets shipped out until the end of the month.

EU

The cargo ship has just arrived at its destination. So now it's just a matter of getting the container to the distribution hub and shipping out the packages to our backers. Since the individual packages are already done, it's a simple and quick matter of mailing everything out.

Australia and New Zealand

The container has already arrived at the distribution hub and packages should start being sent out very soon.

Asia

All packages have already been sent out.

-------------------------

As the packages are sent out, we'll send you the tracking information. This usually takes about a day to get processed once the package is mailed.

The wheels keep turning!

Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen,

Gen Con Indy 2015 is coming, and we’ve received numerous questions asking whether World of Smog: On Her Majesty’s Service will be available for pre-release purchase. We’re officially announcing that we have been able to secure a limited number of the World of Smog: On Her Majesty’s Service to be available for pre-release. For such a small quantity we were able to have them air shipped specially for Gen Con Indy. This extremely limited quantity was not part of the Kickstarter orders, and was sourced separately from what is already on the way to you, the backers.

Due to logistics we have to keep backer fulfillment separate from our Gen Con Indy stock and you will not be able to pick-up your pledge from us. Again, this is because we will only have a limited amount available.

Please come and join us at booth #1317 and #1417 (located directly across from each other). We will be hosting designers and developers from all of CMON’s games for the duration of the event, such as Thiago Aranha (World of Smog: On Her Majesty’s Service, Producer and Game Developer).

Gen Con Indy 2015 will provide World of Smog: On Her Majesty’s Service a great opportunity to be seen and played by hundreds if not thousands of players. This is an important step to ensure it gets the exposure that a game of its caliber deserves! We will have demos running every day. We are very excited to see everybody at Gen Con Indy 2015!

Thank you and take care,

The CMON Team
