We are still in the process of shipping everything out, but wanted to go ahead let you know how to submit a parts request ticket for any missing our damaged product you may have receive. As a side note, we are very happy about the response that we have been receiving about the Micro Art Studio Base system. Thank you all for such great support!
To submit a Parts Request Ticket please contact email@example.com. Please include the following information in your e-mail:
1. The name of the game.
2. The e-mail address and/or pledge number linked to your Pledge Manager account
3. List of the missing or damaged parts.
4. The shipping address for where you would like to receive your replacement parts.
5. If you are requesting a replacement for parts that are damaged, please also include pictures of the damaged parts.
