We're very excited to announce that we've just relaunched our campaign for Underleague! You can see the new campaign by clicking here.

We've taken onboard feedback from our last campaign and have made some significant changes - in particular, we've done everything we can behind the scenes to reduce our prices to make Underleague as accessible as possible, so now there's even more reason to back.

We're incredibly grateful for all the support we received last time around, and we're hopeful that we can make this a huge success with your backing and enthusiasm. So go visit our new campaign and let us know what you think!

Shifting costs, still result in the same Price! That's pretty much what i pointed out and something for what i avoid companies (that use those methods) period.
But have you ever gave it a thought you could alternatively use the real production cost as well as the real shipping costs? Sounds ridiculous i know...

Hi Ander, I'm very sorry you feel that way. For what it's worth though, what we've done is shift the distribution of costs from the pledge to the shipping fee slightly. Last time around, we'd tried to absorb as much of the cost as possible within the pledge cost (it obviously didn't cost us £0 to ship to the US, for example). But the feedback we got from a lot of the people that we'd spoken to was that this was the wrong call and made it look too expensive - and that they would be willing to pay more for shipping. So now we've moved to a model where much less of the shipping cost is internalised within the pledge, and the shipping rates are now closer to what it actually costs us to ship the product. I'm sorry if you feel that's the wrong decision (and for what it's worth, I personally prefer it when more of the shipping cost of an item is in the main product cost), but that was the clear decision we had to make given all of the feedback that we got. We have also cut the price significantly though, even considering that. Once you add shipping cost, we have cut the cost by 21% to 26%, depending on where you're ordering from.

So you went down with the price but more than doubled (250%) the shipping rate. Those are methods I just can't stand. Bye.
