Frequently Asked Questions
All Add-Ons for this project are included in the reward tiers and/or will be handled AFTER the project within PledgeManager. There are no separate Add-Ons during the project.
If you'd like to add additional copies of Tiny Epic Galaxies to your pledge beyond what is available in the reward tiers, you may do so within PledgeManager.
Tiny Epic Kingdoms and Tiny Epic Defenders WILL be available to add onto your pledge within PledgeManager. It is currently TBD whether deluxe versions will be offered, this is due to quantity restrictions. If deluxe versions are offered, there will be in very limited amount.Last updated:
I want more copies! But currently, you only have options for 1, 2, or 6. Is there any chance you can add an additional tier somewhere between 2 and 6?
No, but you can still get additional copies by adding them to your pledge in PledgeManager AFTER the project concludes.Last updated:
When we pledge for multiples of the game, will each copy of the game include all achieved and applicable stretch goals?
Base games include all stretch goals that say "Upgrades the Base Game".
Deluxe games include ALL stretch goals period.Last updated:
Not on this Kickstarter project. This project is for English copies only.
When Tiny Epic Galaxies enters retail, it will be released in multiple languages thanks to our publishing partners from around the world. While things are subject to change, we anticipate Tiny Epic Galaxies being available in English, German, Czech, Polish and Italian and from their respective publishers.Last updated:
1. All international packages will be shipped from the USA.
2. All international packages will be shipped Postal Service and will arrive from your local postal delivery service.
3. We are only going to list one value on the Customs Forms. This price will be the manufacturing cost of the game plus the shipping offset, plus some handling (not the ADDITIONAL shipping fee paid via Kickstarter for International copies).
In other words, here are the EXACT prices that will be declared on the customs forms:
Base Game - $8 (multiplied by the number of copies ordered)
Deluxe Game - $12 (multiplied by the number of copies ordered)
Period. That's it!
We will NOT declare the shipping cost of the game on the customs form. The shipping cost will print out on the label, but it is NOT built into what we will be declaring as the value of the contents.
This means that backing the deluxe game should avoid increased fees or VAT for most, if not all, internationals backers.
For those of you wondering, the package will be marked as merchandise, not as a gift.Last updated:
Yes, the galaxy mats are oversized cards (88x125mm) and require special sleeves. Here are custom sleeves made for the Tiny Epic series: https://maydaygames.com/tiny-epic-kingdoms-card-sleeves.html
The planet cards, secret mission cards, and super weapon cards are 63x88mm. There are several sleeving options for this size. Here is one: https://maydaygames.com/card-game-premium-card-sleeves.html
Will all the cards fit into the box sleeved? Yes, so long as you use normal sleeves. They may not fit if you use extra thick sleeves.Last updated:
Yes. We will be using PledgeManager.
PledgeManager is a crowdfunding fulfillment tool, like BackerKit, and a godsend to project creators like myself. It is reliable, accurate, and flexible, making the logistical side of Kickstarter a much smoother, and easier, process for project creators and backers alike.
It is used to collect the project's shipping data from backers and also provides an easy way to manage add-ons. An email will be sent to backers after the project, inviting them to join, much like a Kickstarter survey. Also, its services allow backers to easily manage and update their addresses at anytime (prior to shipping, of course).
PledgeManager is highly reputable and is created by the brilliant mind behind KickTraq, Adam Clark.Last updated:
