@ROGAR +1 to the idea of boxes for all the sins. It'll make it easier for setup I think.

Will the art book contain only hand drawn art or will it also included photos of painted figures? I think it would be nice to show the players what the figures would look like if I knew how to paint.

    3. Kenna

Kanga looks WAY better when painted! This is so much awesome!

    4. Todd Ferrullo on

What no Nicole or PHD? Seriously though, these look great. I look forward to seeing the additional figures painted up as they inspire me for how I will paint many of them.

An official storage solution (Battlefoam?) for this game would rock! For Zombicide I just cram all the zombies into a Plano tackle box. However, I might just paint these guys someday (so I need to take more care).

TO CMON: I really love the design and colors of the additional sins boxes, since each of them has different color then I assume that PRIDE and SLOTH, the sins that come right with the base set have a different color cards and are different color based.
Is there any way that you can either present them well organized inside the Core Box with each inside their own same size but different color based box too, just like the other 5 sins?
I think that the Core set will look more impressive this way and will motivate retail buyers to purchase the additional sins as they will be familiar with the sin boxes size and presentation.
And for us, the ones in this campaign looking at the 7 colorful sin boxes together will certainly look even better displayed in our shelves. And will give players the vision to select the sin that they want to fight against in the game.
If you can not do that this late in the hour then how about offering those 2 "missing" boxes as a reward on the Kickstarter for pledgers? I am sure that shipping those 2 sins apart will leave you guys more room inside the core box to fit the multiple stretch goals already unlocked in this campaign.

Not the colors I would have chosen for Polly and Will. Calavera looks a little rushed, but seeing him painted with any tattoos looks better than the bare model, so yay there.
Kanga looks awesome painted up. I've already got a friend who called dibs on playing her first.
The acolytes looks spectacular - and the Mayor is made of win.
      Well done!

Paintjobs look great and those minis look great. I wish they would start showing painted production plastics rather than resins though as that is what we will be receiving, and IMO there is a huge cap between the resin heros and the plastic ones. I find this a little misleading, even though they put the disclaimer that these are resins.

I'm going to pant kanga like she's from the Karen Tribe.

Wow, the minis look amazing, love the tattoos on Calavera

    12. Charles Dexter Ward

@David Ottlite sells lamps with swivel magnifiers attached....I use one myself.

    13. Owen "Great Mountain" Middleton

@David: You can go to a craft store and buy one of the swivel arm magnifying lamps(…). I know that my dad uses those for his miniatures he's painting right now.

    14. David Cox on

Fantastic work, I know I can't see detail that well to even hope to get half as good as that these days. Might have get some magnified reading glasses or something to use with my normal prescription.

    15. Arakin... Tis but a flesh wound!

Two questions... How long did Calvera take (honestly) and how on earth do you do such fine details? Impressive!

    16. Arakin... Tis but a flesh wound!

Wow that is a very different painting perspective I had in mind for Kanga, I'm thinking blue avatar or tiger for mine. Firemen are fantastic and policemen look awesome too! As always, legends at work pointing!

REALLY great miniatures. Wow. But I have still no clue, what kind of pills the designer has taken as he designed Polly. She is simply awful. Terrible.

Will looks great, Polly and kanga paint jobs are duds to me. Kanga may be cool painted up like a tiger. Calavera and Adrian are simply stunning.

    19. wikiro on

I'm not a better painter at all than these guys but Calavera's may have needed a little more time. I feel it was that they used the wrong brushes for the job. Amazing all around.

Looking at all those painted minis make me sad. :p

    21. Vernon Piper on

I think this is the guy who's painting the figures:

The firemen look amazing! Kanga too!

    23. DarkWolff on

@Justin Same here! I did the math last night of what we get with just he basic pledge and realized I have no chance in hell of painting this game. I may just pay someone to paint this game for me a little bit at a time.

    24. QuoteStar

Awesome! Man, does the middle cop have another skull coming out of his chest?

    25. Renato Lopes on

Yeah, no way I am painting all those tattoos on Cavalera :P

Nice! Wish I could paint like that.
