Did anyone from Belgium get their shipment from the US through customs? Mine is held there and they won't accept the documents provided by Cmon. Any tips?
@Urbain : how did you get it cleared by customs (assuming you live in Belgium)? My package is stuck there and they need additional information. Not sure what to do because this probably means I need to pay import ....
Still no news for me .... I guess it will be sent from the US as well instead of the UK. So I probably will be paying import. Not happy at all :(
Just received a tracking number - being sent from the US and not UK. I shall be asking for the customs duties to be paid by CMON as this is their screw up. I'm just amazed that it has been shipped at all....
Looks like I was incorrect about the Vokker Dargu mini not being a part of Wave 2.
Package arrived last thursday.
It looks like I am only missing the resin Kara mini. Instead they included the Firebrand mini Vokker Dargu, which shouldn't part of Wave 2.
Still waiting here in the Czech Rep ...
Got my USPS tracking number too, hopefully there will be no missing minis.
omg, I almost can't believe this:
Shipment phase #2 of Sedition Wars: Battle for Alabaster is on its way to you with tracking number LZ151778137US shipped via USPS. You can track it at this link
Another Belgian who is still waiting for his wave 2 .
Got a reply saying the packing slip was printed ...
My wave 2 will be shipped from the US now.
CMoN agreed to replace some parts for me on 10/10/2013. They arrived (from Battlefoam) on 25/11/2013, so it may well be that your parts are still in the pipeline. If all else fails though, and you are getting no responses from CMoN, you should email Mike McVey over at SMV explaining your predicament and providing him with as much info as you can.
From Mike on the Sedition Wars forums on 26/11/2013 .....
"I know there are still people waiting for their wave 2 rewards, and I can only imagine how annoying and frustrating that must be for them.
I have been assured that the remaining orders and issues with missing/incorrect pieces are being dealt with by cmon customer service. I promise you will get them eventually - even if I have to deal with them personally on a case by case basis.
Keep emailing customer service, and let me know via email if you still have no luck
mike at studiomcvey dot com.
I submitted a request for replacement parts for missing items several weeks ago.
I was assured that they would be sent, I have received nothing.
I contacted again and was assured that I would be given contact details for Battle Foam so I could chase this up. I received no contact details.
I contacted again and was told that someone would be contacting Battle Foam on my behalf to chase up my missing parts. I have still received nothing.
The last contact was on October 15th, I have since contacted three times, and have had no response.
I am being ignored when all I want it what I have already paid for.
Where is my stuff which I paid for months ago!?
I'm from belgium and i received a mail with tracking info for wave 2 a few days ago. It seems that it is being sent from the us instead of the uk. I hope they declared a low value on it ...
I'm from Belgium as well and I still got no news, no tracking number, no miniatures, ...
I actually got a first reply (5 days after my last mail, previous request were just ignored)
And the news seems good:
- packing slip printed
- when shipped, I get a tracking number
Excuse me if I'm not jumping with joy, first let's see if anything will actually happen.
Still nothing in Belgium; just sent another email to cmon.
@Marcus - does your pledge manager say Order Status: Confirmed at the top (with Confirmed in green)? If it does, then you're one of the forgotten many and you need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org If however, it does not, then check that your pledge is correct, including any funds for shipping, and make sure to press Save at the bottom. (I think it's Save, mine is confirmed so I don't have that option anymore), and check that the status then changes to say Confirmed.
I just checked my pledge manager and have no news that my package for the second wave got a number or anything like that. What do you need to check it?
Thanks in advance. Marcus
Point taken Jason. Compared to a Samaritan and Kara, the new Barker torso seems reasonable. When compared to the original Barker though, definitely smaller. Personally, I don't think it's too bad. The Aphid Loader figure is satisfyingly chunky and these guys won't be hitting the board together anyway.
@Lee - the special characters were by far the worst for the difference in scale, but if you care to compare your Barkers .....
Okay... didn't get a reply but my wave 2 has just rocked up on my door step ( I'm in Western Australia), packing box is stamped as posted from the US on November 4th.
First glance, it all seems to be here. I didn't order any special characters but the ones included in the Biohazard pledge seem to be scaled fine compared to original box minis. No noticeable molding issues.
So, do I need to eat my words... I maybe feel a little guilty for some my comments but in light of the overall situation I think they're justified. Delivery was still a week after the most recently adjusted delivery date and I still haven't had any informative replies to multiple support emails.
But I guess I'm now one of the lucky ones and so I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys.
my guess now is that there were so many f-ups in the initial shipping of wave 2 (many backers got the wrong loadout, some even reported getting 2 shipments), and they've also replaced so many miss-casts and miss-packs from bits missing or faulty (not including the scale issues), that they are now waiting for new castings to come from China, but aren't prepared to admit it for fear of everybody who's not 100% happy with what they've got suddenly demanding replacements for the badly scaled items.
Well since it's only 9pm here I guess technically I could still receive a response today, but no, nothing yet.
I wonder, will it get to a full month before they post update #117 and offer an excuse as to why update #116 was such a obvious load of BS?
did you get a reply? I've been waiting a week since I replied to a message from cmon asking if I still did not have my wave 2.
Finally got an actual reply:
"My apologies for the delay in response. I will confirm with my shipping manager on Monday if this order has left the warehouse as I am not in the office today. I will surely let you know."
Which is nice and all but I'm not holding my breath...
Still no reply from CMON ...
After months of updates with shipping dates that came and went, I'm not sure if the silence and being ignored is better or worse. Would I rather get another update promising us again that all the stuff would be shipped within days, or is it better not to hear anything and just imagine someone is actually doing something in a warehouse somewhere?
Looks like the reply email I got was an automated email.
for those who didn't see it, there was an update on the Zombicide kickstarter a few days back where CMON said they hadn't been answering queries about packages because they had put all hands on sending out Zombicide. That was in the US, so it doesn't explain why eu packages of sw haven't been sent, but might explain why we get no answers to our queries.
25 days since someone was gonna get back to me ASAP with my tacking number. I guess may 'possible' just means a long time...
CMON, Would it be possible to have AT LEAST an answer (here or by mail) ???? Two weeks after this update and two weeks after an automatic message, it seems impossible to have any news of my pack. It seems that all the belgian pledgers has been completly forgotten ! That's just a ridiculous way to drive a client-service. Are all death or zombified ?
No support tickets assigned, no replies, no toys, no nothing for me yet.
Sent a few contacts but they seem to be deaf and blind at cmon. Not cool, mini, not cool at all.
Still no reply and now my support requests are all sat there waiting to be assigned to someone a week later...
Still no news. Have all your staff become infected?
Still nothing here aswell (Belgium), no shipping-confirmation, no toys... :(
I want to be honest, instead of staying silent: I fear you (CMON) mixed up your list:
Wave2 was delivered twice to me, once from the U.S. in September, once from the EU warehouse today. (May it's because Switzerland is not within the EU, but within Europe and your system couldn't cope with that? ;) )
Still there's no resin Kara. :/
(But I don't want to be whining, as there're other without any Wave2's)
I know have 6 CMoN support numbers and no replies. If I combine them all do I get a tracking number?
+1 no tracking info, +1 no reply to support emails. Very disappointed.
I haven't received a tracking number or a date for wave 2 yet. Waiting in Germany for my pakage....
No reply from CMON and no Tracking Nr. Still waiting...
no, I've not received either reply nor tracking nor package ... Probably the last time I ever kickstart any cmon projects. At least some status update reply would help. Where's my stuff? did it get lost? if yes, where?
Still nothing for you guys? Hope things get sorted out soon. Despite some issues with the minis (scale and flash hell), they're still quite fun to play around with.
I'm now sending one a day and hope that it could be me...
Yeah, I've sent another email into the customer support lottery too. Maybe, just maybe, I'll be lucky and get a reply...
still nothing at all. another contact request to cmon. I've been patient but now it's getting on my nerves.
Ok, back in the drain...
I did receive the shipment, but upon opening it at home, not everything is accounted for, almost the entire biohazard package 2 is missing, which is quite a lot...
we're just the ones who are posting about it.
I absolutely agree. It would certainly be interesting to know what sort of quantities we're talking here too. Out of 4278 backers there only seems to be a dozen or so of us circling the drain here.
you would think there would be some sense of urgency around getting this stuff done, what with all the fluffed updates and missed shipping dates. Instead it just feels like stuff might get sent out, if someone at bf has a spare minute or two.
