Most of the ELITE soldiers made a name for themselves in a slowly timely manner. Not Sandra. Known for her bold and courageous actions, she's not only recognized among their peers as one of the toughest shooters ever to join the ELITE, but she's also known and feared by the Proxies, so much that even the sight of her may cause them to flee. As her special ability, Sandra can force a Spawn card drawn to be discarded and have another one drawn instead.

Last but not least, you've been asking for it and now, we finally have a WIP Rulebook of Project: ELITE to share!

Please keep in mind that this is a Work In Progress Rulebook. As it hasn't gone through editing yet, so typos and missing page reference numbers are expected. Also, remember that the game itself is still going through final development and playtesting, which means things are subject to change from what you see here and what you'll ultimately receive.

      @Stuart Fern - Walls block diagonal movement, but other obstacles do not. (It was this way in the older edition as well.)

      If it helps to think of it this way, the rationale seems to be that the walls are angular and really do protrude all the way to the exact corner of the square. The bushes do not.

      Can someone clarify the rules for moving diagonally near obstacles. In one picture it looks like the figure can't move across a bush, and in the next picture it can. I'm just trying to work out the difference.

      The rules for events specifically mention that all action dice on an unresolved event will be removed during the end of round phase... assuming that is the case for incomplete mission tokens also, it should be mentioned there as well. The text for the end of round phase should say that all action dice on locking slots MUST be removed (if that is indeed the intent).

      Also, the rules for the start of the action phase mention taking ALL of your action dice and rolling them. If that is required, the end of round text should mention that you must take all of your action dice back... if it is not intended, the end of round text should mention that you may leave action dice on a ready item or weapon if desired, and the start of round text should be changed to reflect the fact that after the first round, some dice may be pre-allocated.
