Hail Savages!

We seem to be picking up more and more savages now! Another Stretch Goal is down, with the next coming swiftly.

Today we bring you the final missing piece to completely enhance your game with 3D terrain:

For $20 this Kickstarter Exclusive Optional Buy gives you a complete set of 12 3D Plastic Plateaus, including 2 copies of each of the 6 different Plateau models. All plateaus are 2.5 cm tall, and their length ranges from 9 cm to 22.5 cm, depending on the model.

Plateaus are a key feature of the HATE battlegrounds. Each scenario features a different terrain setup, creating different strategies. Climbing up a plateau costs extra movement points, hindering the warriors' advance. Moreover, having the high ground grants a bonus for both attack and defense. With these 3D Plastic Plateaus, these circumstances become much more realistic.

This set contains the same number of Plateaus as a single set of cardboard tiles. This means it's enough for any single scenario, and also for the 4-player scenarios. However, if you want to run more battles simultaneously, you'd often need another set.

The 3D Plastic Plateaus were created with a connection system to make sure they don't slide around and fall off of each other. Each Plateau placed on top of others holds them in place, creating a stable structure.

That question was answered on the main comments page yesterday morning.
"The Twins does have some difficult with the plateaus. After all, it's not easy to ride a behemoth through uneven ground, He may move normally through them, but he must end his movement in an area with enough spaces on the same level so he can stand normally."

Still no answer to the obvious question of "How do these work for big miniatures?"?
Please post an answer, even if it is, "We didn't think about that."

still waiting for the zombicide crossover but well, I like those as well. Just feeling a bit sad, because every game needs a crossover ^^

$20 upfront looks OK face value but if it's going cost $30 to ship its not so good. I wish the postage cost was advertised with these optional buys. Other companies make the full cost known upfront. Wish CMON did too. Won't know what these will actually cost until the pledge manager.

So how do these work for big miniatures like The Twins and Flaya The Scourge, or the princes as has already been said?

Did not see this coming! YAY! now we just need a foam mat/board to really overdo it! Well played CMON, well played. I guess all this means is more to paint... YES!

It says it's enough for a 4 player games, but not when you play 2 simultaneous games.

      Sounds like it.

Would one set be enough for a two board setup?

      Excellent add-on :)
