Plastic Huts - Home is where the loot is!

Hail Savages!

We're only starting the quest to unlock the full new Tribe of Um'Cordu, so how about we add another Optional Buy to speed us on our way, and further flesh out the game experience?

For $15 this Kickstarter Exclusive Optional Buy gives you eight 3D Plastic Huts to make your gaming experience even more immersive! These Plastic Huts are 8.5cm wide and 5cm tall. While there are 10 Hut tiles in the game, only a maximum of 8 Huts are ever used in a scenario (the extra tiles are necessary to add random variety).

Several angles of the plastic Huts.

Huts are scattered throughout the battlegrounds in the different scenarios you can play. They block movement, creating different attack and defense strategies, but most of all they provide warriors with the opportunity to enter them and pillage their contents. You never know what exactly you will find inside a Hut. It may be just some unguarded supplies for you to take, a couple of Innocents cowering in a corner, or a family ready to defend themselves if needed. It may even be an ambush you'll need to face if you hope to come out of this at least with your life!

When using the 3D Plastic Huts, you should still use the cardboard Hut tiles under them, representing the inside of the Hut. There will be no need to flip the tile when the Hut is revealed, we suggest placing the tile on the board already face-up, with the plastic Hut on top of it hiding its contents. Then when a figure enters the Hut, simply remove the plastic Hut and reveal what's inside. Once the Hut has been vacated, simply return the plastic Hut on top of it, and add a Pillaged token to represent it's been pillaged.

What's hidden inside the Hut? Just lift it and find out.

One set of this Optional Buy is enough for any scenario, including the 4-player scenarios using the two boards. However, if you want to use the second board to play two simultaneous battles, you will usually require 2 sets of this Optional Buy to cover all Huts in both battles.

If you're interested in purchasing this optional buy, please just click the "Manage Your Pledge" button on the HATE Kickstarter page and in the pledge manager add $15. We'll sort out what your extra money is going towards after the campaign has closed and we've sent out our Pledge Manager.

Unleash your HATE!

The tents look awesome! Are they hollow on the inside?

Great OP! But probably it would be useful with a little plate plan on top for stack the pillage
      token(cardboard and 3D).
Now i'm expect the trees 3D render too.
@David Searle the cardboard huts are 10 and it 's enough for 4 players and for 2 battles simultaneously.

And to add: I really like those huts, size looks great, too, and 8 for $15 is quite reasonable.

if stackable means losing detail like the buffalo horns over the entrance, I'm against stackable ;)

I wonder... How teh Prince will fit in there? :) We need one bigger hut for Prince!

If we get 2 sets of these to play simultaneous battles won't we also need another set of tiles?

Very cool idea, don't see the light of making things stackable. Since I paint everything and would not wanna do that. I think it would be cooler if they were flat topped for other reasons. Standing on them or throwing tokens down on them as previously mentioned in comments

Would be really nice to not only make them stackable, but also make them able to lay flat upside down. Wouldn't it be killer to use extras as bowls for pieces on the table?

+1 on the stackable storage, also, does the very top of it fit a pillage token? because that would be nice too instead of having to jam a token on the board somewhere, also it would kinda look like it is on fire then.

      Same question as Frederik

    16. Frederik Wunderlich on January 25

So if playing 2 2player games at the same time I'll need two of these packs right?

      amazing!!!

I agree with DimHalo....make them stackable, otherwise they will be too difficult to store!!

Wow awesome I love these extras they add so much more to the experience. I love it. Also I just got rising sun and I haven’t opened it yet but I just wanted to say that I think the dayimo box or whatever the stretch goal box was done with amazing art but the best thing is the added storage in the SG box that holds the other extras. It’s the little conveniences that make the difference.

Cool. Please make these stackable for storage. Otherwise a massive space hogger
