Replacement Card Update + Night's Watch Release

Bannermen, we're here today with a few items for you.

Replacement Alternate Art Cards

An Update in regards to the missing Alternate Art Dreadfort Captain and Champion of the Faith Attachment cards:

  • You are only receiving these cards if you purchased the Optional Buy House Bolton Cutthroats and/or Knights of Casterly Rock boxes. While everyone received a free box of the Knights as part of your pledge, the Champion of the Faith model was only available for the optional buy. So again, if you did not purchase either of these, disregard this part of the update.
  • The replacement pack contains 1x Alternate Art Dreadfort Captain card and 1x Alternate Art Champion of the Faith card, regardless if you only purchased one or the other. You will receive 1 full replacement pack per purchased item.
  • If you are supposed to receive these items, they are automatically being shipped to you- no further action is required on your part.
  • The replacement cards have already begun to be shipped out. Since they are being sent directly from the factory, transit times will depend largely on where you are located. Also, please note that the replacement packs are being shipped through conventional mail and therefore you won't be receiving a tracking number for this. Please keep an eye on the mail!

General Support Requests

This is just a general reminder that If you still have any issues with your pledge, including but not limited to: missing/damaged parts, late confirm status, or any other issues regarding your pledge, the only contact method to resolve your issues are to please submit a ticket to our Customer Support site.

Bannermen! Today is an important day indeed, as it is the official Retail Launch of A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game!

That's right, the project you all helped to make a reality is now available at your local game stores, ushering in even more bannermen to the cause!

Before we jump into the really exciting stuff, however, let's give a quick Production Update:

  • Update #109 is going to cover most everything related to Shipping and Production, so if you have any lingering questions about those topics please check there.
  • Replacement Cards for the Champion of the Faith and Dreadfort Captain are moving forward, we will update you once we begin shipping those out.

Shipping Update (08/20/2018)

Backers, we're here today with a brief but important Shipping Update!

Shipping is Complete

We can summarize this very quickly:

  • All Hubs have completed dispatching all Confirmed Pledges! (LATE Confirms, please see the FAQ Section!)
Of course, do to the logistics of, well, people living across the world, please note that just because all pledges have left their hubs, it may still be a bit before they finally reach your door.

  • If you confirmed your Pledge by the deadlined and haven't received your pledge by the end of the month, then it's time to check in with Support

Missing Cards

  • We are finalizing things with the factory to get the missing Champion of the Faith and Dreadfort Captain cards to those who are missing them. To refresh, these cards were (supposed to be) included in the Knights of Casterly Rock and House Bolton Cutthroat OPTIONAL BUYS. So if you picked up either of those, cards will eventually be on their way to you. We will update when we have more information on timetables.  

Frequently Asked Questions

Alright, that being said, here are some Frequently Asked Questions. Please take a moment to read them:

  • I haven't received my Pledge!
    As mentioned above, shipping has been completed, but your Pledge might still be in transit. One thing to do is be absolutely sure that you completed your Geekfunder Pledge Manager. Go to the Pledge Manager and check if there's a green 'confirmed' towards the top of the page. If you never did this, then nothing can be shipped to you until it's done.
  • I just checked my Geekfunder and my order is not confirmed. What does that mean?
    That means your Geekfunder Pledge Manager was never finalized. At this stage, by Confirming you will be added to the Late Confirm queue, meaning your pledge will only now be processed from the factory, routed through our US Hub, and dispatched- if items are available. This also will only occur after all other global shipping has been completed. Would advise you to submit a ticket to Support for further details.
  • I'm a Late Confirm. When can I expect my items?
    First, please note this applies to LATE CONFIRMS - aka those who DID NOT complete their Pledge Manager by deadline, NOT backers who utilized our LATE PLEDGE feature and DID complete their Pledge Manager by deadline! Late Confirms should be shipping from our US Hub toward the end of September, once product and stock reaches our warehouse.
  • I've received my pledge but I am missing items/something was damaged.
    Who do I contact? Please submit a ticket to our Customer Support. Also note that submitting a private message through Kickstarter will just direct you to the linked Customer Support - The Support Site is the official channel to handle any such issues.

Shipping Update (7/25/2018)

Backers! We're here today with a quick shipping update!

Shipping Hubs

So this is actually going to be fairly straight-forward today:

  • EUROPE: Hub is continuing to ship but has experienced some delays. All pledges should be dispatched by the end of next week. Please note that is dispatched from the Hub, not arrived to your door. Standard transit times still apply with however long it will take your pledge to travel from the Hub to your door, this could range from a few days to longer.
  • ALL OTHER HUBS: All other Hubs have reported that all pledges have been dispatched. As above, please note this means the package has left the Hub, it could still be a week+ until it arrives to your door. This is especially true for Rest of World pledges that have left the US Hub.

Late Confirms + Frequently Asked Questions

In addition to the above, here are some quick other bits of information:

LATE CONFIRMS

  • If you were a Late Confirm (NOT a Late Pledge), aka someone who did not complete their Pledge Manager by the deadline, we currently estimate shipping will begin for you around September, once items arrive to the US Hub from our factory. We will update with additional information when it becomes available. If you are unsure that the pledge has been properly confirmed, please double check that your pledge manager has a green Confirmed icon towards the top of the page.

 GENERAL SHIPPING FAQ

  • When should I be worried if I don't receive my pledge? If you are not in the European Shipping Hub, then your pledge should arrive, on average, sometime in the next two weeks at most. If, by that point, you haven't received anything, you should contact Support
  • Where can I get a Tracking Number?
    Tracking information is uploaded into Geekfunder as it becomes available. Most of this information should currently be in the system.
  • I just checked my Geekfunder and my order is Unconfirmed. What does that mean? That means your Geekfunder Pledge Manager was never finalized. At this stage, by Confirming you will be added to the Late Pledge/Confirm queue, meaning your pledge will only now be processed from the factory, routed through our US Hub, and dispatched- if items are available. This also will only occur after all other global shipping has been completed. See above. Would advise you to submit a ticket to Support for further details.
  • My pledge arrived and I'm missing a ton of stuff!
    Please be aware that due to the quantity ordered some pledges were shipped in multiple boxes. These boxes might not all arrive at the same time, depending on how they are handled by the delivery company. Each package should be labeled "Package 1 of 2, Package 2 of 3" etc etc depending on the methods of the delivery company (aka local mail, FedEx, etc). Sometimes these packages arrive the same day, sometimes within days of each other, sometimes more spread out. Unfortunately this is a factor beyond our control.
  • I've received my pledge but I am missing items/something was damaged.Please submit a ticket to our Support Site. This is the official channel to handle any such issues.
