This is a community asset because the community needs space for gathering, learning in nature, healthy local food, a community center etc.
CIRCA 1111 will pay the loan, take responsibility for insurance, amenities, environmental care and protection, etc. But the land is owned by all that interacts with it: the water system, creatures, plants, fungi, bacteria and elements of the whole. We are here to develop natural spaces for connection as the community initiates the need. We are investing in community needs being met because we are Johns Islanders who care about the buy out of our island by developers, and because all communities should have the needs they initiate met for the health and well being of the whole. CIRCA stands for Community Initiated Rightful Construction Agenda. And that’s exactly what we mean and stand for everyday for everyone. We are committed to circular economy and keeping communities in wholeness through services. We are committed to keeping the community informed to our choices and why we are making them every step along the way.
