Star Citizen at GDC Online Teaser

Posted by Cloud Imperium Games Corporation (Creator)

Last week, a number of “Golden Ticket”-holding fans made the trek to Austin to see Chris Roberts’ big announcement at GDC Online, some traveling from as far away as England! They were gracious enough to let us film interviews, which we’ve cut together in a new video that’s available now on the Roberts Space Industries YouTube channel:

@Manolis Krestas: The level of playability (CTD, flickering graphics, BSoD, etc.) is generally different per game (developer) in my experience.

(This is why I'll wait for something playable to come out before I'm judging anything.)

However, I must say that this looks amazing, so I pledged $265. :)

Dont expect alpha to be playable .... I backed Natural selection 2 about 3 years ago man the beta was early alpha... CTD, flickering graphics , blue screens and more.... 2 months before releace they were adding and removing features .... :P
Since this is a bigger game it will be alot more "fun" :P

      Alpha can't come soon enough...

I wonder if they have a military consultant? It would be a great level of immersion if they really nailed down the military culture aspect.

Lol, I was visiting my folks in Austin in the last week of August. Bad luck on the timing of this, I suppose.

Even though I'm following this like a hawk, I still cant believe I didn't know he'd be at GDC....I live in San Antonio!
