Win the throne through intrigue or force in a procedural storytelling RPG with roguelike step-based combat for PC, Mac and Linux.

Been enjoying Sol Trader! Really looking forward to the day that Ealdorlight makes its debut.
I've written to lots of people, but so far to no avail. Still writing to others!
I know what you mean about the demo. The issue is that the game art just isn't finished, and therefore it doesn't look as good as it will yet. Unfortunately a lot of people judged it on looks, but then they already judged the early gameplay footage in the same way. Lesson learned: your gameplay footage/demo cannot have interim graphics of any sort. Oh well.
Luckily that's fixable. If I can raise some cash elsewhere, or find a partner, and get final characters and animations built, then a relaunch becomes worthwhile.
You could still win this campaign if you could snag some celebrity endorsements. Have you written to Chris Avalone, etc.? Reviewers that liked Sol Trader?
And I hate to say it, but I think that demo did more harm than good. I appreciate that it shows a bit of creativity in handling turn-based combat, but that is only if you know it's there and look for it. If you don't look for it, then the demo just looks kinda amateurish. It makes you look like all the other PC game KS campaigns that fail.
I'm just a little bitter, I guess. I wanted to see this campaign succeed.
