Correct! These are the additions that go beyond the bare minimum of just reopening:
-Construction of covered public patio area with adjacent handicap parking.
-Exterior reclaimed red oak (from brewery) community table.
-Interior reclaimed red oak (from brewery) community table.
-Exterior parking lot and patio lighting.
We've added these things to our budget because we believe them to be necessary in keeping our patrons safe and ensuring that there will be no future compliance issues as we grow. The covered patio will serve as a way to relieve overcrowding, the tables will provide consistent stable seating that better reflects our capacity, and the exterior lighting will reduce the chance of parking lot accidents and raise visibility to a safer level for everyone.
These are additions that have been asked for daily since MBBC's creation as well as being strongly encouraged by gov. officials, we feel they are completely necessary in reopening a more enjoyable and safer tasting room.
