Have a question?
I’m looking to get a frame for the iss print but having difficulty finding a frame to match its size. What size frame have you used in the photos?
Dear God no! I have been selling copies of ISS for over a year now! Did you fill out your survey really late? At some point I just stopped checking in!
Are we still waiting on ISS? I haven't received mine yet. (I sent a private message a couple weeks ago but didn't get a response). Probably I made a mistake filling out the survey. :-)
One weird thing. I just checked that I got the email for the survey on the 19th. According to kickstarter I filed it out on the 19th too. So I am not sure why it shows up as late for you?
Ah, yes… you responded late — after I exported the data. What I usually do is ship everything I can and then round-back and ship all the late responders.
I believe I did and it was just Apollo.
If it was Apollo alone, they were shipped. But I'm still waiting for ISS and Vostok to arrive. Also, did you fill out a survey?
Did I miss something. I can be guilty of this. I backed the Apollo picture and it says march.
What radio silence? I sent the wallpapers weeks ago. Another backer's spam filters were keeping me from being able to email him. Perhaps this is your issue as well?
I'm wondering what's going on with the digital wallpaper. Still have no word about them and they should be the fastest for delivery. What's with the radio silence?
Wow - stickers arrived today in Colorado. These are awesome. They'll make great gifts. I'll keep an eye out for your next project. Thanks.
Oh, twitter. Are you on Twitter?
I've emailed them to both addresses. I'm not sure what else to do. Do you have Dropbox or anything like that?
I still haven't received my digital posters yet. I've sent multiple email addresses for you to try. Can you please send it again
last set shipping today actually.
Did the stickers get shipped? I thought I saw something about them going out a couple weeks back...
Hi! When do we get the digital desktop versions? Thank you!
Yes. There are surveys that go out. We've already send out the surveys for the wallpapers and T-shirts. The digital prints will go out soon and the screen prints go out last.
So excited to get my Great Leaps print! I did have one question, or clarification. When you are ready to ship you will send out an email to find out which specific print (ISS) I would want, right?
Very exciting to see this project get funded so quickly. The millennials (I teach them) have been space-neglected in our culture, so they're not excited about any new research and exploration. I want to see that change. We Boomers need to communicate our curiosity and longing for expanded exploratory projects so that our younger generations can take up some slack and keep the momentum going.
@Zach: I do, but the whole full set is only available as digital archival prints 17x22 or 13x19. The screen prints are sold out of Voyager and Sputnik is very low as well. I need to update the site to be a set of 10 screenprints replacing those two with Apollo and ISS.
always been a sucker for space posters :D I saw here http://thegadgetflow.com/portfolio/giant-leaps-space-poster-series/ the set of 8, do u sell them together?
Man, I just could not resist again. That ISS poster will look mighty nice in my bedroom.
Yes. Word getter outers. All for that. It is the bread and butter of crowdfunding!
The project looks great. I am happy to support it and get the word out about it.
That reminds me of the last poll. Venera came in #9 and I was only doing eight. I was hoping it would get in there becuase the Soviet spacecraft are so radically different looking from the US.
The first sandwich in space would at least make a great linoleum cut print.
That was a hard survey. I ended up going with what I thought would make the best posters because I couldn't choose.
I propose Gemini's corned beef sandwich as a stretch goal. It was the first sandwich in space, after all.
Oh dear. I see what I did. Stupidly I set a rate for Canada and “the rest of the world” thinking leaving the US out would default to $0. So dumb. Of course by doing only Canada it now sees USA as a part of the “rest of the world”. I fixed all the levels with no backers but Kickstarter will not let me revise the levels already backed to add a shipping rate — even though I am trying to make it zero.
I emailed them. I assume they can on the back end add the rates for all those levels as 0$ in the US.
I backed your Historic Robotic Spacecraft campaign and pledged for this campaign as well. I have a question on the Apollo t-shirt reward level. The description states "Free Shipping in the US" but when I submitted my pledge it is showing a charge of $6 for the United States option on the drop down menu. Is this an error or is there an option that I am missing?
