At Home At Sea Update #3
The photography is going well and the videos we are doing for you are just plain fun. Ours is a fairly low tech situation so our biggest challenge is waiting until the sun is out so that we have quality lighting. We can't shoot on the cloudy days! It's just too dark in the kitchen. The good news is that the days are getting longer and, even when it's cold outside, it's often sunny in Maine. We don't have to wait too long for the sun to emerge. This week we've tested variations on Apricot Ginger Pound Cake, Cheesy Potatoes, Thai Red Curry Soup, Anytime Frittata, and German Apple Pancake.
These photos are of a Zucchini, Pepper, and Mushroom Fritatta and a rif on a pound cake made with Blueberries, Lime, and Ricotta. I baked them in mini-bundt molds. Aren't they adorable? Little bundtlings we call them, not the birds, but these cute little cakes.
Thanks for keeping the great energy going! Engaging with you all is such fun and we hope you are enjoying our posts.
