As fast as a CHEETAH...

WOW,

You did it, in record time!  With 29 more days left in Kickstarter there is a solid opportunity to *double* the money raised!

Please consider increasing your donation.  Every funder who increases their donation by $30 or more will receive a bonus 5 x 7 signed print.

The full budget for this project is much greater than $3000 and every penny will go toward production costs that include:

  • Rental vehicles
  • Airfare to Africa & between Botswana, Namibia and South Africa
  • Lenses - those crazy big ones as seen in nature programs - you don't want me getting mauled, right...  amiright??  More importantly you don't want me pestering wild animals, this is not Steve Irwin tactics!
  • International cell phone to send you the live updates from the field
  • Accommodations
  • Insurance
  • the list goes on... I will travel as light as possible but this is no ordinary trip!

The extended reporting of a story such as this has never been told.  Ongoing awareness and pressure will serve as an example for countries such as Angola who do not have a cheetah conservation strategy in place and yet as recent as 6 months ago the cheetah has been rediscovered in country after a decades long absence due to the tragedy of human conflict.

Again, I thank you all so very much for helping me achieve the Kickstarter goal!  Let's keep it rollin!

More updates soon...

Much Love,

Marcy
