That fulfilled feeling
A week ago, the replacement dice arrived and I began fulfilling the Australian and Kiwi backer orders, so I believe nearly everyone should have their games now, with the exception of a few personal friends and colleagues of Tim and Beck or myself, who will be given them in person. Also, most retailer backers chose to wait for corrected copies, which I hope to receive and have on their way by the end of the week.
We have learned that Send From China's 7-20 day delivery estimate is overly optimistic, with some games arriving well beyond that window. If you are outside of Australia and New Zealand and your game hasn't arrived, please get in touch with me now. I'll be able to send you a corrected copy from here. Kiwis and Aussies, I'll be concerned if yours hasn't turned up by Monday the 21st.
Meanwhile, corrected dice arrived at the Send From China warehouse over the past weekend. Single copy backers: your dice are on their way and Double Dragon backers, your dice should be on their way within 24 hours. I submitted the two lists separately to avoid confusion.
We had a fun weekend showing off Hoard at Board Games by the Bay Auckland. Nine people--three of whom learned the game on the spot--participated in our Hoardament and backer Allan Milton walked away with the prize, his choice of one of Tim's signed digital prints. By the way, we have a few more of these left over. If you're interested in getting one at the Kickstarter price, let me know.
