      I lost access to the email that I used for this account and cannot retrieve the survey invitation. Any help would be appreciated.

      @Tim Wyrmwood shipped some items directly, so those will arrive in another package. :) We're not shipping partial non-Wyrmwood orders. -Cassidy

      @Cheapass You're not shipping partial orders? How do you mean? I received my Devi's Board and the booklet and all, but no pieces yet. Am I misunderstanding you? Did something go wrong?

      Is there an estimated shipping date yet? Getting pretty excited for my set!

      I just filled out my survey and I am beyond excited to get my Classic set! :D

      Ticia: Simply try to fill out the survey again (i.e., go to tak.afterthecrowd.com and put in your email address, then click the survey link in the email that it sends you). If you've already filled it out, it will show you what you've chosen, and say that your order cannot be changed.

      I'm fairly sure I filled out the backer survey, but am not sure how I"ll know 100% for sure without refilling it out. Is there a way to verify if I've filled it out?

      @Michael The Tavern sets may arrive at fulfillment houses earlier, since they have no packaging step. While we won't be shipping partial orders (that leads to madness and tears), Troupers and Students may ship first since we'll have all the necessary items.

      @Keith We appreciate you. :)

      I never got the 'character' note from wymwood, but I'm sure the Devi's box I ordered will be lovely.

      I echo Hannah's request for the digital version of the book for those of us who order that.

      I'm sorry if this information is elsewhere and I missed it, when will the ebooks be available for download?

      @Samson

      If you ordered Devi's Box they sent out a quick survey asking, whether you wanted a Devi's Box with character. Where they define character as:

      (straight from the website: https://wyrmwoodgaming.com/faq/#charq1)

      Central to Wyrmwood is a love for natural materials like solid hardwoods and natural oiled leather. These materials are not manufactured or mass produced – each piece serves as a unique example of the variability found in the natural world. As such, we occasionally will have pieces that feature attributes described by the term “character.”

      Types of character include, but are not limited to: knots, voids and sapwood. Knots are circular interruptions in the grain where a branch had grown from the trunk. Voids are actual holes in certain species of wood where a knot has fallen out or the wood developed in such a way to create a gap – these are especially common on highly figured species like English Wych Elm Burl. Sapwood refers to the outermost wood of the tree, sometimes markedly different in appearance than the inner wood, or heartwood, which has the characteristic appearance of a given species. The presence of sapwood in a piece can create a striking contrast – for example, very noticeable light, creamy areas in a normally dark wood, such as Bolivian Rosewood. You can see an example of this in African Blackwood – note the lighter area in the Dice Vault.

      What's this about character preferences?

      Will Wyrmwood send us an email with the tracking number for our orders or send you a tracking number to send us a tracking number or just shipping to us in a guessing game style as to when we will receive our Devi's Boxes?

      No matter what I'm super excited to get mine.

      If the book is ready, how do we get the E-Book then? It would be great if that could happen soon; it would even be on time!

      @Blarghedy Yep. :) Short of nipping our suppliers' ankles like a sheepdog, we're doing everything we can to herd folks along and stick to our shipping estimates. -Cassidy
