Many of our backers have already received their orders with Rebel DDCs; thank you for the awesome feedback! The Canvas Style & Leather straps are scheduled to arrive on Monday. We are also eagerly awaiting the arrival of the Rebel-AC, Rebel-A, additional Rebel-DDC and Rebel-GMT watches. We will provide an update as we have concrete arrival times. Since we now have the shipping process down to a science, the shipping of these watches will be ramped up.
We're shipping most international orders via USPS or the FedEx International MailService (FIMS). Both USPS and FedEx partner with each country's postal authority to deliver your packages. Having shipped thousands of orders internationally, we have found that local postal authorities, in contrast to private courier services, do not charge additional processing and handling fees for customs, and therefore we have chosen to use these delivery methods. We are also careful in the way in which we package and complete the paperwork for each order, to ensure you don't get overcharged on import duties/taxes. Please note: Because international packages are being handled by two different entities, tracking may take time to update.
Frequently Asked Questions
How will I know that you are processing my order? We will send you an email as soon as we begin processing your order. You will receive a follow-up email*, usually within 24 hours, with tracking information. Please note that tracking can take up to 72 hours to update, so please be patient :).
*There is a glitch currently in the tracking notification software that we are using, and some international customers are not receiving their tracking information. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
- What should I do if I'd like to update my address or make any other minor adjustment to my order? An order can only be changed if we haven't yet started processing it. Please send an email to info@LIVwatches.com - with the subject "order change" - and specify the change to your order.
