@Ankur Regarding the July delivery: Since we upped the strap options, it's taking longer for them to get in. We are waiting for the straps to come in so we will most likely begin shipping in August! We will be updating July backers as soon as we have them in. Thank you for your patience as we anxiously await the straps!!!

Hey fellow backers, just wanted to voice my opinion on this campaign compared to another watch project I had backed. Liv has been the most transparent as far as timing, keeping us informed about quantities, and progress. One thing I've come to notice with Kickstarter either from my own experience or others, is that Kickstarter is a "Pre-order" platform and it's easy to get excited about a new product but you have to keep in mind it takes time from a project being funded (and you being charged your pledge amount) to you getting the final product. The Liv team has been quite good about keeping up with peoples inquires and not sugar coating with unrealistic promises. In the end, I'm stoked to get the two watches I've ordered (one for me, the other for my dads birthday in December) so just relax, go about your lives and before you know it you'll have a kick-ass watch(es) on your wrist.

@Tony Scott Yep :) For those of you guys who chose July delivery for the Rebel-DDC, we'll be shipping at the end of July. You'll receive an email notification once it's ready to ship with a tracking number. The rest of the Rebel-DDCs and ALL watches and items will ship at the end of September.

1. The color is fused onto the actual steel; it turns the top layer of steel black.
2. The orange line is an enamel insert, so it will not fade or come off with years of usage.

Couple of quick questions.
1. Is the crown IP coated or painted?
2. The orange line around the perimeter of the sides, are those painted? Is there a chance of the paint/coating coming off with years of usage?

It's been stuck in the same position for over a month. I paid extra for expedited shipping with tracking. 1 month is in no way expedited shipping. Please investigate and get back to me ASAP.

@Creator, I'm still waiting for my order to be changed. April 17th was the date given to me but till date nothing has been done. I know it's a project backed by 3 thousand people. But don't you think it's too long to just have two straps colors to be changed?

I had pledged for a DDC. Could you confirm if my order is part of the july delivery.
Hi, ordered the GX Base watch as an addon on May 6th, but am yet to receive it even after paying additional for expedited shipping.
Sent numerous emails to the team. Getting a lot of todays and tomorrows.
Very very frustrating.
By the way, I've backed LIV three times and they are the cream of the crop in terms of project communication and delivered product quality.
@Martin F - Kickstarter is not like ordering from a store. We are backing a project. The "estimated delivery date" has been September from the beginning of the project launch. Kickstarter charges everyone's credit card at the conclusion of the campaign and funds the creator a couple of weeks later. The creator can then place deposits on orders and start production, etc.
For any first time Kickstarters, this is how this platform works. Cheers!
