My DDC finally arrived 1 year 1 month 1 day after ordering. It's well made and looks good. It's pretty chunky but once on the wrist you don't notice this. From a relieved and happy customer in the UK. Good luck with your next ventures!

My DDC has finally arrived the day before my birthday. The watch is beautiful. Despite the long waiting period, thanks to LIV team for the effort. I am working on the adjusting the length of the Stainless Steel Bracelet, is there a simple instruction on how to do it properly without damaging the bracelet?

Received my watch on March, after a series of misfortune. The unboxing process felt like Christmas all over again. Neat packaging.
The watch itself is absolutely brilliant. Can't wait for their next project!
P. S. If you search project for "liv", you'll notice their first project was 600% funded, second project was 2000% funded, and the most recent rebellious project was 5000% funded. Wouldn't be surprise if we can see record breaking numbers again for the next project.
I received the Rebel-A just before Christmas, after really looking forward to receive it.
It was exiting to open the box and have it on my wrist.
The watch really looks as expected, but is a bit thicker and heavier than expected but once its on the wrist you don't notice that anymore.
The design and the curvy glass following the shape of the case is great. Looks like a much more expensive watch :-).
After wearing my watch for a couple of weeks I noticed that the power reserve was not sufficient to last a day when not wearing it. This is not as promised so I got in touch with Paula Schulman of LIV Swiss Watches. Paula was very helpful and took my remarks serious. She helped me through the return process and once it was finally received by LIV she kept me up to date about the issue and the solution.
Paula is very service oriented and she contributes to the experience having a Rebel-A of LIV. So, something negative is now turned into something positive - therefore 5 stars - by the solution offered. I look forward to receive my new Rebel-A and wear that with pleasure. Just a little more patience now and I am a happy LIV Watch owner again and satisfied Kickstarter backer.

Have any of you experiencing condensation with your Rebel AC? I am wearing this on normal condition for about one week, not even taken for swimming yet, but it has been suffering with bad condensation inside constantly. It was sent back to LIV now, customer service so far has been responsive with the follow up, but their answer is vague with the root cause of the condensation. Keep my fingers crossed that they really fix this issue.
Well the Rebel arrived, it was a wait for all the production to be finalized, but WOW, what a great looking watch. I normally buy a watch for design, looks and performance - what else...and the Liv Rebel ticks all the above. Great looking, comfortable and easy to read. The face is really clear and a little different from other watches. Thanks

I am writing to say thanks and also to offer up kudos on an outstanding product and great service. As of a few weeks ago, I had not yet received the DDC I had pledged for. As you suggested on this comment page, I sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about its status. Your customer conceirge James W. responded promptly. He explained the delay in completion and shipment of the DDCs. He also gave me choices: (a) upgrade to a Rebel Automatic; (b) switch to a Liv GX-1; or (c) hang on waiting for a DDC. Choices (a) and (b) involved upgrading to a price point $100 or $200 more than the amount I pledged for the DDC. But, Liv offered to absorb the difference in price. I opted for the GX-1. It arrived about a week after I communicated my decision to James.
Having only seen the DDC in pictures, it is impossible to truly compare the DDC and GX-1 I had been concerned I might regret my decision to switch. Should I have been more patient? All those concerns went out the window when the GX-1 arrived. It is beautiful I am thrilled with it.
I have supported several watch campaigns on Kickstarter. All the watches i have received have been great. However, the Liv GX-1 is far and away my favorite. Great work. Thanks again for James' professional, courteous, and efficient customer service.
I'm also excited about the LIV watch, I have the blue Rebel AC. The clock has always liked everyone! My first impression with Kickstarter has confirmed itself 1000 subject! Thanks keep up the good work !!!

@michael this is my third time backing LIV on ks. This is one amazing brand. Every watch just seems to be getting better. I am an avid watch collector and the LIV watches are really up there. Hang tight! It will be worth the wait. I have the gray IP rebel and it's literally a head turner. Looks and feels amazing
Love my gold rebel-a I get so many compliments on it. Everyone is always asking me where I got it from. They think I spent thousands on it lol. It's a quality piece u can tell as soon as you open the box. It was a long wait but worth every second! Can't wait to see what LIV comes out with next..
I think I speak for everyone that has kept their mouth shut so far, it is beyond ridiculous that there are still a huge percentage of people that have not received their watch yet. When I ordered it it was expected in September 2017, it is now almost mid March 2018. That is over 6 months later than promised. To be honest I think for a product that is marketing itself as a luxury item in which it would be usual to have a customer centric mindset you have failed dismally. You keep marketing 'we will not sacrifice quality' but you have no real excuse as you should have factored this into your manufacturing lead times, or that's what any project manager with any integrity would do. I expect someone to contact me personally so I can discuss this with them further. I would encourage others to follow the same approach as LIV is blatantly taking advantage of customers.

Reading comments that refer to the received watches not keeping the correct time is disconcerting to say the least! Are all watches affected? After months of waiting, to have a major problem like this surface is beyond the pale of reasoning! Please give the scoop to those of us that have no watches and need some good news concerning our watches!

When i will RECEIVE my watches?!?!?
Hi, finally I've received my Rebel-A during my trip to USA.
my story began when I'm trying to track the delivery and I found no clue about it. With the help from the LIV team, the watch finally got on my wrist in February on Vegas. Never been happier than wear a LIV Rebel-A in Vegas didn't it?
First of all I thank you to all LIV team that patiently answering my question and limitless effort on finding my Rebel-A during the shipment. Thank you.
The Rebel-A itself is at a solid product and genuinely pretty. for sure, I've already got some compliment from my friends and ask where to buy it. My review is, that the build quality is great, the sandwich dial, saphire crystal, just as they describe it. little flaw on the buckle of nato strap seems to skinny compare to the watch. maybe in the future this area can be improved. however, LIV Rebel-A is a solid product and I'm happy to have it and it's gonna be my daily on my wrist.

Still not received my watch, any update about delivery date of DDC?
Last update Jan 9th - Are you seriously kidding me?? Backer number 2,795. 10 months from pledge and zero updates for 2 months. Time for a chargeback via my credit card company. Even reading the feedback below - how can you possible send out watches that are 6 mins fast EVERY HOUR!!!! This is one of the worst updated campaigns in a long time. You need to keep people updated and seriously need to look at your quality control if watches are out by 6 mins in an hour!

I got my watch yesterday, and its just wonderful - i would say i Love it, if it wasent for the approx 6 mins i loose every hour, because of the clock going to fast.
I Can read that others had the same problem, do you have any solutions ?
