Faye is a cutting edge physicist whose every success in life is overshadowed by the childhood loss of her younger sister. If you could go back and fix one thing in your life what would it be, and what lengths would you go to?
The Way Back is a fresh take on time travel - less focussed on clever physics and more interested in the human heart, it follows a scientist driven not only by curiosity but by tragedy. Uniquely putting female characters in the centre of time travel, this film intends to shake things up.
The film is being shot on location in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Risks and challenges
Our film is ambitious and we have a lot of elements to get right. We have been working hard and have all our cast, crew and locations locked in place. Our biggest challenge is securing the last bit of funding to make sure we are able to deliver the best film possible.
Thanks to Northern Ireland Screen we have already managed to secure three quarters of our funding but this kickstarter project is in place so we can reach the full total of our budget.
We have a fully professional crew who are all experienced in the television and film industries in Northern Ireland and the project is in very safe hands.
Every pound, dollar and euro that you can contribute helps ensure that we reach our goal of raising the appropriate amount of funding we need to create this unique vision.
Thanks for taking time to read about our project, for those unable to contribute financially but want to help in another way then please spread the word by following us on TWITTER, liking and sharing us on FACEBOOK and telling people about our project…Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
