Writer - Casey Bowker wrote his first comic book, Hollowed, last year based off of a movie script he wrote 15 years ago while attending film school. It was meant to be a pitch for the SyFy Channel, but instead it sat in a vault collecting dust until one day Casey uncovered the dark tome and decided to translate it into comic form. It was funded within 10 days and now he has delusions of grandeur in the comic book realm. When he's not writing comics he's the Co-Editor in Chief for geeky pop culture news site, dontforgetatowel.com.

Coverage of the Comic
Martin Dunn - Punkhouse Press - “Ruben and Casey have delivered an impassioned story with intriguing characters and witty dialog that could easily be mistaken as coming from a Kevin Smith script.”
Matt Brassfield - Sparkle Comics - "This script reads really well and is a great idea for a comic, I also like how you can feel the influences and yet its total its own thing and universe. Also the art... is well done and this is a comic I would read even if I was not friends with you! Keep it up my friend as you are killing it!"
Brian Hawkins - Mad Cave Comics - "Ruben Romero is back! And this time with Casey Bowker and a creative team to boot -- And they’ve weaved an existential romp of an adventure that plays on the harp strings of decipherability. To go into this world, you must attempt to understand it, as the characters begin to unravel, decode, quest, and solve… Well, I can’t give you the whole story now can I? Just read it. Immerse yourself in the art. And enjoy."
