The pre-orders. Are they avail in other territories than north america?

There's not much news on that front. The bluetooth will connect fine, meaning you'll be able to play games on the iPhone 5 without issue. The sticking point is that the Lightning-to-30pin adapter doesn't support video output. So you'll need to wait for the new video adapter from Apple or use an Apple TV for HDTV support. The former is yet-to-be-released and we haven't tested the latter (yet).
But just to be completely transparent, the connector on the dock only supplies power. It's actually a feature we've discussed removing because it adds a lot of cost and some confusion regarding iPhone5 compatibility.
For the next update I think the most interesting topic would be how well the Gamedock integrates with the new connector of the iPhone 5
