Thats awsome. If you succeed I'm gonna have to give up my early bird. :D

Can't wait to get my awesome wood box and put the GameDock to use:)
Wood covered controllers would be just over the top cool!!
      Nice work guys!

Darn, the wood version is beautiful but hate to give up my early-bird deal to get it. You guys are evil! :P

Lukas - my goal (I'm the one making the wooden cases) is to make the controllers out of wood as well, but I need to do some tests to be sure they would be durable enough. Where the buttons come through, the wood would have to be quite thin, and I don't want to promise wooden controllers until I'm sure they'd be strong enough for long term use. I'm definitely going to do my best to make it work though :)

We're going to try and make the gamepads out of wood, yes. We just need to make sure they feel right before we promise that. :)

The to gampads that are included are they also made out of wood? Because that would certainly be something.:)

I'm really glad we made the $50000. However, I'm not so sure if $100000 are in reach. But not going for modern controller support would be a mistake. You really have the opportunity here to get iOS gaming to the next level and finally make those AAA titles playable on iOS platforms whose controls are too complex for virtual joysticks - and for retro controllers. Although I'm looking forward to playing my retro style games I'd think the Gamedoch could really bridge the gap between console and iOS gaming.
