Our mission is to create the best bodysuits in the world, by using sustainable fabrics and making bathroom breaks a breeze.
In November 2018, we gave you three unique designs. Now on Kickstarter we have three new bodysuits: The BrāZen, The Boisterous in Tall and The Undercover. We can't wait to see you guys in these!
Going to the bathroom while wearing a bodysuit is challenging.
Your only options are either to get naked or remove the base with the help of snaps that are located in very uncomfortable areas.
The fashion industry is also one of the biggest polluters in the world—second only to oil.
Our ultra-soft fabric is made from recycled water bottles, aiding in the fight against fast fashion’s growing negative impact on the environment.
We’re reinventing the bodysuit because it needs an upgrade. Everything from how they are designed, produced and sold, to how they are represented in mass media. All our bodysuits are available in XS to XL.
Here's how we're different:
- Easy Bathroom Access Invention
- Sustainable Fabric
- Made Locally in Vancouver BC Canada
- Anti-Stink and Anti-Sweat
Our bodysuits are different. With the snap closure located at the lower back, you can unsnap and pull down the built-in thong underwear in order to sit on the toilet when nature calls. This is where our famous phrase “Peeing Without The Peep Show” comes from!
The equivalent of six recycled water bottles can be found in each and every borderline bodysuit. This means that we’ve been able to reuse 1,200 recyclable water bottles that potentially could have otherwise found themselves in landfills.
Its creation conserves more water and energy, and emits fewer greenhouse gases into our atmosphere than its counterparts, making it the most sustainable alternative to organic materials. The fabric has even achieved the Gold Level Certification by Global Recycled Standard!
It’s important for us to demonstrate the capabilities of Canadian talent and to show that we’re able to compete on a global scale.
We’ve created work for local factories that have been struggling in recent years due to large retailers like Arc’teryx and lululemon athletica moving their production offshore.
Our bodysuits are meant to take our buyers seamlessly from the office to Happy Hour because we feel that personal and professional lives should be intermingled.
An important component of our fabric is chitosanté, derived from crustation shells. This process gives the Chitosante the properties of being breathable, durable, fast drying, soft, static-free and allows it to be naturally antimicrobial (helping the fabric remain odour resistant).

It's finally here! A bodysuit with a built-in shelf liner for maximum breast support. The double lined fabric is sure to provide nipple coverage, and the elastic band will lock and load! Game. Changer.
"After years of struggling to get even swimsuits to fit my long body, I was so happy to discover Borderline’s tall range fit me perfectly! Finally us tall girls can comfortably wear bodysuits like everyone else :) " - Nicola, 5'9

These styles were launched earlier in the 2019 season. You can learn more about our already launched styles on our website here. We're offering BFF bundles, and specialized boutique packages for these styles on Kickstarter!
Entirely self-funded and a one-woman show, I've designed 3 styles, completed 2 entire production runs, all in span of 1 year. Oh, and I'm a tech nerd that went to Business School - I knew nothing about being a Fashion Designer.
I’ve loved bodysuits ever since I was a young gal. I grew up as a gymnast, trading in comfy clothes for tight superhero bodysuits 6 days a week. It was a natural no brainer for me to love the fashionable ones as I got older. But, why didn’t my girlfriends feel the same way? Mostly because they felt that they weren’t made for them, or they absolutely hated the bathroom situation.
Bodysuits were always my secret weapon. They enabled me to perform and feel confident in my accomplishments. So I set out to do the same with the clothes that we wear. Why were there snaps at the crotch? Why do we have to strip down to pee? Literally the biggest confidence killers, in my opinion.
Also, bodysuits on the market are either too revealing or too modest, and women often find them inaccessible, which is why we’re creating garments with inclusive quality in mind.
After two years of concepting, I found inspiration from shapewear and my fave undies to make the behemoth of a bodysuit. With lots of help from family and friends, the first conception of a bathroom-friendly bodysuit was made!
From a business standpoint, it’s costly to purchase and create from sustainable fabrics, however no one ever started a major revolution by skimping on the important details or cutting corners. This tenacity is integral to our stance on everything we do.
Increasing sustainability in all aspects of the supply chain by considering packaging alternatives is our primary objective.
