The Deck of Many is a series of 5e reference cards for Monsters, NPCs, Conditions and Weapons.
The Deck of Many is a tool used to assist Game Masters in their role-playing campaigns, freeing them from traditional reference books and allowing them to only bring the references they need. Each card features original artwork and easy to reference information. Should we be successful, all funds raised from this campaign will go towards producing the 4 decks and other campaign rewards.
Anatomy of the Cards
Here's what you can expect from one of our cards.
- Tarot Card Sized (70mm x 120mm)
- 330 GSM
- German Black Core Paper
- UV Coated
- Water Resistant
Each deck will contain a minimum of 20 cards and, depending on which stretch goals are unlocked, can be expanded up to 30 cards. Also, to note, some monsters have tons of text, and in rare cases, they are split onto 2 cards.
The Deck of Many is working with established gaming industry artists who will be contributing artwork to the project. As of now, the Tarrasque, by Jason Engle, the Lich by Peter Mohrbacher and the Pit Fiend by Thomas M. Baxa, Withholder by Steve Argyle, and Ancient Red Dragon by Tom Babbey are the only confirmed guest cards. We want to include the artwork of all these talented artists, so let’s hit those stretch goals!
We’ve partnered up with Leifkicker and have 20 custom deck boxes that can over 200 tarot cards. These limited handcrafted boxes will be available at the $399 tier.
With the Deck of Many Monsters, an original parody card that was created specifically for the Deck of Many will be included. With every Deck of Many Monsters unlocked we will include one of these parody cards.

Risks and challenges
The biggest challenge with this campaign is ensuring that the products get into the Backer’s hands on time. We have extensive experience with product development, fulfillment, and shipment, through working with our own product lines, as well as supporting other artists to fulfill their product lines.
We have set out a flexible timeline to ensure that all the art, design, printing, manufacturing, and shipping will be done by the promised date. When planning, we implemented measures to ensure that all the unlocked extras can be delivered by that set date.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
