We realise creating and delivering a product is a complicated process with unexpected challenges. That is why we at CABARO have carefully and diligently composed our preparation.
Over the past 18 months, we have worked tirelessly to ensure our supply chain is in check. We have well-established relationships with prestigious and reliable watch manufacturers and strap makers and contingency plans for all the steps that are out of our control. The communication with the factory have been smooth and fast thereby reducing the risks of manufacturing and delivery time substantially.
We're going to keep our backers/buyers well informed during the production process and this will be done with regular updates and sharing pictures as often as possible, for example manufacturing, final assembly, movements and packaging. Transparency and integrity is extremely important to us.
We believe in high quality customer service and satisfaction. Therefore we strive to answer all questions in 24 hours or less (given the time differences).
If along the way we find that there is a setback in production, or there is a delay somewhere during process in the timeline, we will inform our backers at the earliest convenience to maintain fairness.
We hope to make a lasting impact with every purchase of Cabaro timetellers. We will fulfil our promises and deliver watches that will exceed your expectations!
