It's been a couple years in the making! Just about every day I draw a 4"x6" black & white character portrait using ink and markers as a commission or for myself to sell at the various conventions that I vend. Rather than make disposable small prints, I figured something more sophisticated was in order. I often hear about how collectors and fans have limited wall space. So rather than compete for that precious space, why don't I produce a product that can be stored on a shelf or displayed in a binder. I've always been fond of movie and baseball trading cards. The beauty of today's technology has made creation and production of boutique items like this easy to do.
My main objective with this Kickstarter campaign is to raise funds for the printing costs and cover shipping and Kickstarter fees. All of the cards have been created and are ready for the press. I just need a little financial help to get the ball rolling.
I'm looking to have the sets printed, packaged, and ready for my 2016 convention season beginning in March. Time is limited here. I've opted for a 21 day fundraising run. Please share this with a friend who also might be interested in this novelty item.
About the product
Each 25 card set has 1 title card and 24 b&w character portrait cards.
Every backer will also receive 1 limited 'Kickstarter Funded' title card.
Every card has a detailed portrait on the front and specs on the back. The specs include; the character's name, the actor's name, the movie they were in, the director, the synopsis of the film, trivia, and the film poster.
The set does not contain any nudity and is considered "safe for work."
Each set will be signed and numbered. Only 500 sets will be produced.
Each set will be in its own crystal clear 25 card count box.
More editions are planned. Here are some of the sets nearing completion... Zombies, Creatures, and Killer Dudes.

Risks and challenges
I given myself enough printer time for an April delivery for all the Kickstarter backers. However, in the event that I am unable to ship in or by April, I will inform with a shipping update.
For those of you getting the 4"x6" drawing rewards with your sets, please be patient during the creation of those. I will produce them in the order that they were pledged. Depending on the quantity will determine the complete turn around time. I will mail in weekly batches.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
