New Baali art and a performance by Voltaire!

Posted by By Night Studios (Creator)

It gets so lonely being evil....

Backers, we're pleased to share with you the new art for the most infernal of Bloodlines, the Baali. It features comic book artist and musician Voltaire. If you have been to Gen Con, Dragon*Con, Convergence... any place that celebrates the Ooky, Spooky and Geeky then you may have already seen him perform. For those are you who are not familiar, please enjoy a Voltaire song very appropriate for the Baali - When You're Evil.

Voltaire will be joining us at Los Angeles by Night: the Grey Ghost Masquerade. He will be playing at the Succubus Club on Saturday night. We hope to see some of you there, not only to play in Blood & Betrayal with us but also to raise a glass and dance with Voltaire! Lace up those dancing boots (and remember - it's "boots first, then corset") and join us in September.

It's also Friday - that means the window is closed to get in your questions for this week's dev diary. But never fear! You can still leave them in our Kickstarter comments for future dev diaries. We're trying to answer as much as we can - although some of you are cleverly asking things we can't answer just yet. All will be revealed... in time...

Enjoy your games this weekend, if you are playing, and enjoy your weekend anyway if you are not! Without further ado - the Baali!

Voltaire is great stuff. I love his gothy/vampire stuff more than the startrek stuff, though. Was cool seeing him as a customer on Oddities a while back.

Oh my Gothness! Voltaire as the Baali is freakin' perfect! I don't pay to go to cons anymore unless this gentleman is going to be there. Maybe now I gotta pony up the dough for the Deluxe book.

Also? Thanks for the tip on the corset... In an unrelated vein (pun!), anyone wanna help me get these danged boots off? I got an itch. :o

Ah. Voltaire. I got to chill with him at Dragon*Con after he rocked the audience and thoroughly embarrassed his child. I do so hope I get to D*C again this year.

This is some stunning artwork. The creativity behind the rarer clans has me waiting to see what's in store for the major clans! I can't wait to delve into the book's artwork!
