Thanks for being here @Jeroen! We're happy to have you.
This game looks amazing! I very much like the cascading mechanic. And the co-op is a really great addition that will assure more table-time for this game since my girlfriend actually prefers co-ops over competitive games. The other KS game I own is Evolution, which also has great art and game mechanics and is still one of my favourites that I enjoy bringing to game nights. I'm getting that same sense of enthusiasm with In the Hall of the Mountain King. Looking forward to playing this game!
Thanks so much for the kind words @Daniel! We appreciate it so much!! We appreciate you saying so @Brian. We're loving it also. This has been a really fun project. And mostly because of backers like you guys!! Thanks for being here with us!
I have backed a number of Kickstarter games and I am extremely excited about this one. Everything about this project has been top notch, the communication, updates, stretch goals, but most of all the hype. It makes it feel like this is a passion project, not just the next game that Burnt Island Games is pushing out there. I missed backing Endeavor, and am kicking myself more every day, because if you guys put this much energy into your projects then I missed out. Bravo everyone, keep up the great work!
Wow, stunning gameboard art! So pumped for this game, I'm even listening to ”I dovregubbens hall” (in the hall of the mountain king) while writing this. Can't wait! 😍 Also, big props for how interactive and present you are during this campaign! Ups the hype by a LOT, and will be a blessing while waiting for finalization, production and shipping.
@Bear, for now he was just working on the outside of the mountain. Thanks @Dominic and @Jon!
The art at the bottom looks sweet!
I really like the dark blocks.
I am slightly concerned the bedrock in the printed board might be too dark (as you know, colors always look more luminous on an LCD screen) but I like the trees and glowing mineral veins
