About

I’ve been making music for several years, and I’ve always done it myself in my tiny home studio right here in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Thanks to Travis McElroy and Thick Syrup Records, I was able to get tons of local exposure for my last release, “Love in the Modern World.” That was 2009.  This time around I want to take it to the next level. My dream is to record at Ocean Way Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.

Thick Syrup and friends are ready to help me get this record out there, but first I need a professional recording. I've even recently gotten the attention of a few well known musicians that have offered to be a part of this recording, but that kind of talent doesn't come cheap!

This is where you come in.  I need $25,000 to cover the cost of recording in a top notch setting like Ocean Way and to pay a few musicians to collaborate with me.  In return for your help, I'm offering everything from signed copies of the finished record to original artwork and private performances.  For those who are feeling really generous, there will even be a private luncheon with Bob Fisher, the president of Belmont University.

Over the years, I've done my best to combine my passion for music with my love of causes. I’ve always been a huge supporter of social and environmental efforts--the West Memphis 3 Innocence Project, Earth Day Arkansas, Repower America, and Easter Seals Arkansas to name just a few.

As you can see, I love Little Rock and all the important work happening here.  It's a great city with a music scene that has been incredibly good to me.  But after years of recording and performing here, I feel I've exhausted my options and need a kick start.  Now I’m asking for your help--not only to make this record, but to help me take my career and all the things I believe in to the next level.
