The short answer is, Slower Than Light is being developed primarily for Windows machines.
The longer answer is that Slower Than Light is being developed specifically with porting to other platforms (namely Linux and Mac) in mind. There are architectural and design choices built into the engine design to facilitate getting those two platforms on-stream. If the project funds at $30,000, we'll only be able to release on Windows. If we fund higher, I may be able to afford to engage resources to provide support for those two platforms.
I'm afraid that there is no plan to make Slower Than Light available on mobile platforms directly.
