Picture time!

The production sample arrived a lot sooner than I expected, so it's time for some pictures!

The front of the box. I don't have a great camera, so the colors look better in person.

Back of the box, with all the proper safety logo's and information and nice big art of the bard.

All the components that come in the box. The new Basic card design looks fantastic, so I'm very happy you all helped with that. The box insert wasn't quite right, but we already have a new design for that with 2 trenches that are wide enough to hold the cards and dividers properly.

I love how the Boss token looks, especially when light shines through the holes in it.

And it's pretty big and chunky compared to a regular Carcassonne meeple.

I'm very happy with the quality of it all, and the manufacturer is getting ready to start the actual mass production process soon. There are still a few backers who haven't entered their address details yet, and if you're one of them: please fix that soon, thanks!

Leave a comment if you want to see more pictures of a specific component and I'll see what I can do.
Have a great end of the year!

      @God-keizer:
The fanned out cards are dividers which you can use to keep the different types of cards separated in the box to make set-up quicker.
There will be an insert with 2 trenches for the cards
The green meeple is from Carcassonne and not included in this game, it's just there for size comparison.

Personally I would have chosen blue color meeple, blue is the dominant color. Green implies "go!", nature, and safe, none of which I aassociate with fighting in dangerous dungeons with devious demons.
      So why green?

Picture 2 icon 2 shows 2 pawns for #players, perhaps a single instead of 2 is more intuitive..
Some game boxes change the pawn form to reflect the actual form of meeple inside.

Picture 3, left, if the fan is the dungeon level cards, then the level numbers in black squares feel too tiny, perhaps better to make them bigger, also better for people with poor eyesight / across the table.

Would it be possible to have some inlay in the box, because when cards that loosely in a box tend to wander and bump onto one another which will damage them. Especially for non-Pnp backers.

Just minor points, don't be offended, it does look very pleased and well done!

@Juleskels: Yes, there's plenty of room for sleeved cards in the box.

Very nice! Im looking forward to receiving it. Will the box accommodate sleeved cards too?
