From the post-apocalyptic wastelands, these 10 ganger miniatures will terrorize any survivors and add some personality to your games. Our add ons and stretch goals are for survivor miniatures.
This is a 22 day campaign.
We created these 28mm metal cast miniatures for gamers and collectors. Our goal is to get these into production and expand this range during this campaign to provide a nice variety of post-apocalyptic wasteland gangers and survivor miniatures that can be used in a variety of games and in many different rule sets.
The final master figures are all on slotta tabs and the production models will come with round plastic bases. All miniatures are supplied unpainted.
We have presented add-ons and stretch goals with sketches of the additional miniatures that fit into post-apocalyptic, zombie and survival miniature games. The additional miniatures cover survivors as well as some alternative ganger faction types. Each stretch goal miniature set can be added to your pledge as an add-on. If the stretch goals continue to be met we have some concepts for additional wastelander miniatures sets. Choosing the Warlord or Skirmish Levels will give you all free stretch goal miniatures.
I am the owner of BrigadeGames.com and have been in business for 16 years importing great wargaming products and creating our own ranges of miniatures. We are known world-wide as a producer of very high quality historical and fantasy miniatures. BrigadeGames is a one man band with occasional help from college age and young adult children, but we have talented members of our team. The miniatures are sculpted by the Paul Hicks and Mark Evans. Molding and casting is being done in the USA.
With over 41 ranges to date under our belt in the BrigadeGames.com brand, plus the Rattrap Miniatures brand, why go the Kickstarter route?
I have always had many of ideas for ranges. The continual need to expand current ranges and keep newly released imported items arriving requires a large amount of continual investment. I felt it best to use the crowdsourcing platform Kickstarter has developed to get some of my newest miniatures to market and the range expanded quickly. Kickstarter will allow me to show off and reach many more potential gamers than I could do with traditional advertising and marketing. KS will allow us to get these wonderful miniatures into the hands of more gamers faster than we have been able to do in the past.
One of my favorite ranges we have made is a post-apocalyptic range called Atomic Cafe set in 1957. I have always intended on doing another post-apocalyptic range and I hope the products and concepts presented are worthy of the wait. These miniatures are fully compatible with our Atomic Cafe models.
The funding goal is for the following 10 wastelander miniatures.
The first set has four miniatures, including a warlord, sharpshooter, elite raider and a brute:
Here is a picture of the Wastelander 1 sculpts before slotta tabs being added and molding:
The second set of three includes a halbardier, flamethrower and mechanic type with machine gun:

The third set of three includes a war boss and two raider types:
Here are front and back pictures of the unfinished Wastelander 2 sculpts before slotta tabs being added. I did not take a final picture prior to master molding. As you can see from the metal picture above, one raider has a pistol and knife and the other two cleavers.

Each pledge level can be added to during the campaign. We encourage everyone to choose the Warlord Level to help us achieve our goal as soon as possible and then move on to the meeting stretch goals.
If we exceed the target for the project, we will continue to expand the miniatures we will produce when hitting each stretch goal. These miniatures will be available as add-on purchases at a discounted price to retail.
The following concept art for survivor types to brings some great characters to your games.
Some will ask why the artwork changed. Simple, one artist could not do all of the sketches in the timeline needed so I split the work. There was no other reason.
Based on some feedback from friends and backers I have made some adjustments in order to move forward through the stretch goals. I have broken each of packs into single figure goals which can be added to your pledge when unlocked.
I have also moved around the Freebee stretch goals for Warlord backers and above (all other backers can add them at the cost listed when unlocked.)

On the TNT side, they will be offering special rules for this model as a unique Hero of the Wastes. Heroes are special characters that players can take to make up for Barter Scrip differences between players when playing campaign games. These rules will be published eventually as part of a future TNT supplement, but backers get them early.

Risks and challenges
Risks and Challenges
The first 10 master miniatures have been sculpted and mastered and are with me and my production team in the USA. The risks are minimal for Brigade Games as we have been in business for over 16 years and have over 1500 miniatures that we have had sculpted, molded and cast in the historical and fantasy miniatures market under our own brand. For this project, we are using a contract molder and caster in the USA that we already have an established relationship. We do not anticipate any major issues or delays.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
