End of the Trail - Find fortune in the California Gold Rush
Press your luck on the gold fields of California and bluff your way to victory!
End of the Trail by Elf Creek Games is a strategic hand management and exploration game for 2 to 4 players that plays in 20 to 40 minutes.
In End of the Trail, you are a prospector who has come to California to strike it rich during the gold rush of the 1840’s and 1850’s. Over the course of three rounds, you will be using cards to prospect the land and stake your claim to the best gold fields. But before you do, head to auction to secure your transportation to the gold fields and stack your hand for the future. In the end, players compare cards for their poker sets in an effort to win a little more gold and a fourth and final claim.

Risks and challenges
This is our first published game and we will undoubtedly still have a lot to learn. There could be things that set us back. But we have done our homework. We’ve studied what Jamey Stegmaier, James Mathe, and numerous others have to say about publishing board games on Kickstarter. We’ve researched and planned manufacturing, fulfillment, and shipping possibilities. We’ve attended seminars, asked countless questions, and even hired a Kickstarter expert to help us find the best solutions to problems we don’t even know exist yet. We have some decisions to make together as a community about End of the Trail, but our graphic designer and team are ready to turn ideas into reality and get our files prepped and ready for printing when the campaign ends. And if we do run into any problems and can’t come to an agreeable conclusion, know that we 100% guarantee our game. If you aren’t satisfied, if you don’t love it, send it back within 30 days and we will refund your pledge. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to send us a message or leave a comment. We’re here to help.
Best wishes and happy gaming,
Brent and Mike
