Only 10 Days Left To Buy My Eternal Love
HUGE thanks to all of you who helped me hit my Kickstarter goal of $10,000! While that may seem like a lot of money, it will actually take $950,000 to open Brenner Brewing. Obviously I can't raise that much money on Kickstarter, BUT a wildly successful Kickstarter campaign really gets potential investors excited. I have already received a ton of phone calls and emails from people interested in investing substantial amount of money. Let's keep the momentum going. A rising tide lifts all boats! Click HERE now or send your friends to www.KickstartBeer.com to donate even $1.
It would also he a HUGE help if you posted links on your Facebook and Twitter accounts encouraging your friends to get involved. For instance, you can copy and past the following text into Facebook...

Beer Tasting at Luckystar Studio FRI JUN08 5-9PM for Marshall Building Open House
This Friday, June 8, Luckystar (207 E. Buffalo St., Milwaukee) will be opening for a special Marshal Building event. They'll be featuring selected giclee prints from their 12x12 collection, and I'll be providing samples my beer.
Luckystar's 12x12 collection was originally shown in its entirety once during the opening of their long gone Vliet Street Gallery. The original series featured 52 pieces; each piece featured a mix of silkscreen and hand-painted embellishments -- no digital, and were completed by passing the pieces back and forth from artist to artist until the narrative revealed itself. The original series sold out years ago. This Friday they'll be exhibiting 12 8x8 fine art giclee prints, a dozen of their favorites, from the series; framed, ready-to-hang, for a special one night only event. Fun starts at 5pm. I hope to see you all there!

Bark & Brew in the Park with Steph Bartz
Milwaukee photographer, Stephanie Bartz, is releasing her self-published book "For the Love of Dogs" at a special party in South Shore Park in Picnic Area #2 on July 25 from 6-9pm. Mark your calendars, bring your beloved K9s, and come relax with a Brenner Brew.
Steph is also running a Kickstarter campaign with just a couple days left. So login today and show her some support by preordering your own copy of the book.
To see more examples of Steph's work, you can check out her website HERE or follow her blog. I was actually her featured subject this week. Luckily she didn't make me get down on all fours.
What's an Art-Centered Brewery?
As most of you know, I was one of the co-founders and the longtime Executive Director of the Milwaukee Artist Resource Network (MARN). I also owned and ran Hotcakes Gallery for almost five years. Even before that though, in the early 90's, I made my "living" playing over 200 shows a year in a Milwaukee-based cover band, John the Conqueroo. Obviously, supporting local artists and musicians has always been at the heart of everything I've done, and I don't want the brewery to be any different.
If you click on the image to the right, you can see a very small part of my plan to integrate music and art into what the brewery is. I not only want to show the world that Milwaukee still does make the best beer on earth, but also has an incredible community of hard working artists and musicians that deserve international attention. As each of Brenner Brewing's "12oz Ambassadors" gets into the hands of someone outside Milwaukee and eventually outside of Wisconsin, we'll show the rest of the world what we're up to here... Amazing Beer, Amazing Art, Amazing Music, Amazing People.
