I've been baking bread for 4 years. This is my third career. I was formally trained as a classical musician. Then I spent 20 years working as a legal translator (English->Russian). But my true passion has always been cooking.
After the financial crisis of 2008 I lost all my translation work. Bread baking at the time was just one of my hobbies. Almost by accident I started baking bread for my beloved Cuyahoga Valley Countryside Conservancy Farmers' Market...
