Why Clever Cori?
Clever Cori is quite clever, kind, and compassionate. She is a creative problem-solver who acts as a role model and friend to a variety of creatures. Through a series of stories she learns that she can become anything she desires - as long as she stays true to herself and treats others well while making her way through the world.
How Clever Cori came to life: A look at the artwork
Clever Cori and her friends are beautifully hand-crafted cut paper collages that hail from the imagination of author and illustrator, Travis Talburt.
The full Clever Cori series comes to life in this paper-cut collage poster:
Clever Cori is coming to life with the support of a creative team who has come together through the various paths of the Birch Tree Forest. This team is operating under Bread & Barley Books, out of Seattle, WA.
