Each round one player will be the Pourer. They will take the Drink Cards and decide where the poison will be placed around the Center Mat. The Center Mat has 5 places to set drinks that give 0 to 3 Gold to the person that takes from it. Starting with the player on the Pourer's left, each player will take a Drink Card and adjust their Gold level based on where they took the drink from. Once every player has taken a Drink Card the Pourer will take the last one for themselves. All players will then Reveal which Drink Card they have taken and adjust their Poison level accordingly. When a player reaches 10 Gold or is the last one standing they win.
What makes Poisoner's Pour tricky is figuring out where the Pourer placed the poison. They can tell you as little or as much as they like and are probably lying when they do. Or are they? Can you guess where they would place it knowing that they know your are trying to out-think them? Are they counting on you to know that you know they know your are trying to think like them? You just have to take a drink and hope you know them as well as you think you do.
Take a look at the Brass Dog Team playing Poisoner's Pour to see it in action.
If you would like give Poisoner's Pour a try, follow the link to download the free print and play version with prototype art hastily done by Scott. You will quickly see why we were so happy to get an amazing graphic designer to work with us. The final art, that will also be featured in the Premium Print and Play, is just so much better. You will find the PNP in both 8.5' x 11' as well as A4.
You can also give Poisoner's Pour a try on Tabletop Simulator's Steam Workshop
Variant Drink Cards
Variant Drink Cards are additional Drink Cards that may be added to the Pourer's selection to keep you guessing. You may add one or several to each game. Try different combinations for a different challenge every time you play.
Hustle Deck Cards
Hustle Deck Cards are one time use cards dealt one to each player at the beginning of the game. Each gives the player a different way to affect the game. If used at the right time in the right way it can give them a big advantage.
We want your help in spreading the word about Brass Dog Games and we want to reward you for your help with a couple of Social Media Goals. If we can get our combined Facbook Likes and Instagram Follows high enough we will unlock two more cards. Click the links below to find both our Facebook and Instagram pages.
The first will be an additional card for the Hustle Deck Add-On. With it you will be able to talk players into choosing a different Drink Card leaving the one you want for yourself.
The second is a Variant Drink Card that adds a little extra chance to the game if the Pourer is brave enough to use it. We would also like to get the Backers involved so you will get to vote for the name of this card. Leave your suggestions in the comment section and we will pick our favorites and let the backers decide the name.
Due to the fact that we are still a small company our international shipping costs are higher then we would like. We have done everything we can to reduce the cost, however without a distributor in other countries there is only so much we can do. Thank you so much for your understanding. Please know that we are doing everything we can to expand Brass Dog Games to be able to provide better service around the world.

Risks and challenges
This is our second Kickstarter and we are taking everything we learned from our first, Take a Penny, and applying it here. We are using the same printer as before and have already had prototype copies printed that we are very happy with. After a few minor changes we are ready to go to print.
With Take a Penny we were able to deliver much earlier than expected and by using the same printer we believe that the risk of not fulfilling our backer rewards is very low.
After backing many games on Kickstarter ourselves we know that communication is key. We promise to be as open and transparent about all aspects of production and fulfillment as possible.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
