I think I can....I think I can....I think I can....
Good morning, afternoon or evening, wherever you may be,
At approximately 10:26am EST, Jeff Singleton pledged $110.00 pushing our Kickstarter over the finish line to $20,000.77. Yes, and seventy-seven cents. Jeff, thank you. Huge shout out to you! You made my month (February)!
I don't want to go on for too long with this update right now, but I really just wanted to say thank you. Thank you to each and everyone of you. Whether it was $1.00 or $1000.00, it counts. You took action. You supported me. Thank you.
I'm being very sincere when I say this: If you ever need some help from me, please don't hesitate to reach out. I mean that. I can't guarantee anything, but i'll try my best, and that's all we can ask of each other. And you know what, we all need a leg up at times. Thank you for giving me a leg up.
There's about 4 hours left in our "Sale". You've done enough already. Part of what prompted the idea for the magazine was that at SXSW last year, everybody and their brother was telling me about the app they we're working on it. A year ago, there were 250,000 apps in the iTunes store. Today, over 500,000. Even if you have the best app, idea, graphics on the planet, how is someone supposed to find you? I stated in the editorial of the first issue that I will always try to provide some ad space at an affordable rate for that developer that needs a leg up.
If you have a friend, or maybe yourself even that has an app, a great product, a great idea, give them a leg up. Give them a full page ad for $100 and say "let's see what we can do?"
Lastly, give Grandma a $15 subscription to the magazine. She just might thank you for it.
Again, thank you. I promise to provide regular updates to everyone so you know the status of your rewards. For anyone that pledged for a subscription of any kind, we'll get you started with the April issue. So, keep an eye out for a message from me tomorrow about that.
Happy Thursday Everyone!
I feel like the little magazine that could.
