100% All natural (aka organic), no preservatives, no artificial colors, no pesticides, no GMO, no added water for filler, and made with the freshest ingredients around and canned with care! We won't be adding a bunch of "spices" to our salsa. Like when some companies mass produce salsa, they use for example garlic powder, or chilli powder for spice. Everything we put in ours will be the real thing. Example we will use real garlic, real peppers. We won't add water in for "filler" like it seems like some do when the salsa is all watery. I am a fan of chunky salsa, so you will actually see the chunks of vegetables that you are eating!!
It all started after I owned my own house with my own garden, the growing season was over and I had about 2 dozen habanero peppers lying around. So I started making salsa and that is where I found out that I love making salsa! I have been giving it out to family and friends and most of them have said that I should can this and sell it, nothing is better than hearing that! I have been told that my salsa compares too, if not better than some of the local restaurants' salsa.
With your help you can help me make this dream a reality. I can start bottling this salsa, selling this salsa, and selling the freshest natural salsa on the market!
Just a FYI, all the salsa will be cooked then jarred air tight, from an online source, the salsa will be good like this for 12-18 months. But I am sure that it would stay fine for a few years, assuming it is kept in a cool dark place.
What we will do with the money:
The first thing we will do is make a website dedicate to this salsa and selling it. After we do that, we will have to wait until summer time when it is prime pepper picking season to start making and shipping out your salsa! The cost you pay will help with the supplies to start this and shipping costs. Also, we would like to be able to get a labeling machine to create our own labels and to start sending it out to different retailers to get this product into stores! If we get enough money, we would like to rent a commercial kitchen and if we really get enough money we would like to get a plot of land so we can make this a 100% self sustaining and growing process!

Risks and challenges
We are dependent on all natural produce, and there is always a risk of a low harvest. We will be contacting local farmers who grow organic to make our salsa the best.
