Join your friends For some top down 3 player Co-Op action to become a legendary games console (Cough… or PC master race machine!... Cough) . Use the powers of videogames and to do battle against Piracy, Censorship, Trolls + host of other enemies that threaten video games and gaming culture, in order to defend the honor of video games.
The final showdown takes place in a dynamic environment populated with procedurally placed tile sets. The environment is a homage to the video games expose we all know and love, such as E3 and TGS. The battle between you and the enemies of video games will be played out in this environment after everyone has gone home for the night and the stands and stalls have been largely dismantled.
This gives us the space to pack in huge swarms of enemies to fight through.
As you have probably guessed the level of light in this environment is pretty low, yet we want the game to have a vivid and vibrant visual style. We will achieve this through the use of neon lighting and glows from the environment combined with the laser fire and energy explosions of the combat. Think Star Wars battle in an enclosed space and you should start to get a feel for where we want the game to go visually.
We have opted to utilize Unreal Engine 4 technology to build Console Warz with. This new technology offers us new capabilities and allow us to achieve the best possible results for you in terms of both visual fidelity and game play.
This scenario takes place 15 -20 minutes into an online co-op match.
0-10 Pirates invade the level through a tear in the fabric of reality, they swamp the field of battle in packs, file sharing a common health pool and gaining attack speed and movement speed when linking with other pirates.
11-20 The three players whittle down the pirates numbers making them less effective
21-30 You hold off the rest of the enemies while your team mates encroach upon the open portal and leach its power away, closing it down and stopping the onslaught of pirates.
31-40 The music intensifies and there is a pause in the action before a boss monster the Censor ship swoops down
41-50 you launching your stylus missile barrage but barely make a dint. It powers up Its sensor ray and although you manage to dodge its shot one of your friend gets totally censored in the face
51-60 the situation is looking grim as you try to draw away the censor ship and your remaining ally gets into range of your incapacitated friend, instantly reviving him with a Phoenix feather.

Now that pre production is in its final stages will be bringing together a core team to work in house on Console wars. I (Dean Hulton) will be leading the overall creative vision of Console Warz, be responsible for all things design and level design as well as working in engine on balancing and fine tuning. I'll also be handling all the business side of things.
I'll be spending a lot of time and effort recruiting the right people with complementary skill sets to work with me in house along side those that are working remotely. During this recruitment period the costs will be minimal as I'll be working from home and will only start paying office costs and wages once the core team is in place. The other two positions that form this core team consist of:
- 1 Technical lead who will be the the principle programmer and the god of all the low end coding that will serve as the foundation of Console Warz.
- 1 3D Artists that will bring console Warz to life with Modeling and animation.

Risks and challenges
The risks involved in Console warz revolve around how long it will take to get the right team together and how long it will take to deliver the game to you in a highly polished state.
These two risks have been minimized as much as possible by extensive planing and scheduling dedicated time to tackle these two tasks.
This means meticulous QA and beta testing, balancing, and multiplayer online stability and reliability testing. As well as executing a well thought trough and comprehensive recruitment strategy.
We will be utilizing social platforms and services as well as setting up regular live stream events from within BlueBlaze Studio to give you as much access as possible to your game and discus with you the progress and development of Console Warz as it happens.
Console Wars has a fully fleshed out design with documentation so we know exactly what it is going to take to make this title and have planed the development around that to minimize the risk of going over budget
Most of all We are making this game because it is something we believe in and are passionate about. This gives us a drive that will result in Console Warz becoming all that it can be, no mater what.
