Have a question?
Absolutely! I'll have one up shortly.
Can we get an update?
Those are the official Blood & Gourd #3 shirts. You'll be getting one! No need to be jealous. :)
I'm jealous of the new shirts.
We had a blast, too! Thank you so much for your support and enthusiasm for our project. Issue #3 will be something special! :)
I'll echo SciFi_Daddy in how much fun this campaign has been. Looking forward to following this series for a long time!
Just wanted to say before this project closes, that this a very well run campaign and I’ve had a blast being a part of it! Congrats on the funding and I look forward to the books and the series future.
Holy crap I want all the shirts!
We appreciate everyone's participation and support. Your comments have been incredible! Blood & Gourd means a lot to us, and we've been developing it for nearly a decade. Thanks for making it all feel worthwhile!
Joseph: We anticipate twelve issues (with issue #4 completing the first major arc of the story). That's why we're trying to fund both issues in this one campaign. With ten days left to go, I'd say we're off to an amazing start!
How long will this series run?
I’m a stemhead because I’ve only been a fan of horror in the past few years and I can’t get enough! I love the gore and the story so much!
I'm a "Stemhead" because I loved the classic horror comics growing up like "Tales from the Crypt" etc. I started reading Stephen King and Clive Barker. A lot of classic movies came out when i was a kid such as CREEPSHOW, the graphic novel first which I still have somewhere to this day, then the movie which is one of Romero's absolute best! , Then there's GEORGE A. ROMERO'S DAWN OF THE DEAD, David Cronenberg's The FLY, JOHN CARPENTER'S HALLOWEEN and my favorite movie period... John Carpenter's The THING! My dad took the whole family to see it on the day it came out way back in 1982 and I was 9 at the time and just knew I was witnessing something truly special. Your comics remind me of those books and movies and that time of my life that I just treasure beyond belief. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. I can't wait to see what you're going to do next!
I'm new to the series but I think I'm turning into a stemhead cause I love the 80s horror look from the series. It just screams out awesome to me.
I'm a steamhead because I love the creature design and I love this type of horror where something that is harmless turns deadly.
I'm a Stemhead because I've always loved horror movies, and B&G has accomplished something I didn't thinl possible: it took the type of horror story that moves past the "massacre" description and approaches genocide in the overall scale of people dying, but still manages to hold onto the beloved goofy schlock of the 80s. Plus, the Gourdfather is just a fantastic monster desgin; I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what the eldritch produce has in store for the characters in issue 3.
While i’m an initiate to the series, I’d like to think I’m a stem head because of my love for old school horror movies (especially from the 80’s). Judging by what I’ve seen and read on the campaign page this seems to fit the bill perfectly. Can’t wait to read all 3 issues!
New to this series, looks like some good old school horror fun. Glad to be aboard!
I'm a stem head because I have loved Halloween and horror since I was a kid.
I'm a stemhead 'cause I wear pumpkins on my head! And I love Jenz and am proud of his art and effort! Greetings from the Peasantry!
I'm a stem head because I love horror and puns equally! Can't wait to read all 3 issues!
I'm a Stemhead as I love Halloween and horror. Also, I heard the theme song for this book and it's very catchy. Cheers!
I just randomly found this project before making my pledge. Never heard of it before, but you want to know what makes me a stem head? I make videos like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch…
New to the series, but I love Halloween, Horror, and Comics. Love how this looks, happy to be a Stem Head newbie.
I'm a Stem Head for a number of reasons. My friend Tims commitment to this project was part of what made me interested. Once I had the book in hand though I knew it was something special. The story is something unique. Like nothing else really out there. The art style didn't hurt either. It was strong. Clean. I can't wait to see how this all plays out.
What makes me a stemhead? Maybe this issue will. I'm brand new to the series.

I carve pumpkins! I have over 200 in my FB photo album.
And I have issues 1 & 2 of B&G autographed!
Thank you, Roger! You have no idea how important that is to us. Thanks for helping us make the best comic possible. :)
Getting closer! I'm sharing the Hell out of it using hashtags #BloodAndGourd and #webleedhalloween.
