After several years of writing songs, playing shows and sharing our music with you, we're finally ready to get into the studio and record a full length album! Thanks to all our friends, fans and family for the support over the years. We are excited to finally give you back something for all you've given to us.
This past year has been a blur and has included some promising lineup changes, a collection of new songs and our first foray into some venues outside Philadelphia. We're thankful for the warm reception everywhere we've played.
We are hoping to raise $10,000 to fund our project. We've narrowed the studio down to two choices and have met some talented engineers in the process.
Our goal has always been to create an honest sound that remains true to who we are as musicians and allows the listener access into our organically orchestrated songs.
With this full length album we are hoping to bring our music to even more people than we've reached so far, but we can't do it without your help!
On the right-hand side of your screen, you'll notice some lovely rewards for your support. We hope you find them enticing.
A big thanks to Edan Cohen for shooting and producing this video. He is an artist in his own right!
Yes! The minimum amount of funding we must receive is $10,000. However, our Kickstarter project will continue to except donations until time is up. Our project closes on May 10th at 4:13pm. Please know that if we are lucky enough to receive more than $10,000, we will put it to good use. Kickstarter and Amazon take a percentage of our funding as payment. Aside from helping to offset that fee, additional funds could allow us more studio options, upgrades to CD packaging, more merchandise, etc.
If we do raise $10,000 by May 10th, we get nothing and no one's credit cards will be charged.
This also means that we will not be able to record a full length album.
Kickstarter and Amazon do take a total of 7%-8% of our final donation total in fees. That would leave us with $9,200-$9,300.
We estimated that $10,000 is the least we will need to record this album. Please consider donating even after we have reached $10,000, to help offset these fees. Like most times in life, more money will help in this situation!
