Production Schedule & Q&A log

Posted by Black Book Editions (Creator)

Hey everybody,

thank you again to all of you who joined us in our Q&A yesterday night! You can read the transcript over here:  We had a lot of fun answering your questions and hope that we could catch your interest. A big thank you again to Dan Davenport for inviting us!

And now, let's take a backstage look at this project: How are things coming along in terms of production and fulfillment plans? Well, things are going good so far!

Our biggest wish for this project was to have our products delivered in the best quality and as fast as possible. Our Kickstarter campaign was conceived accordingly. This means that nearly all of the products are already in their layout process and printing is scheduled in just a few weeks! Exciting :)

We even designed a little chart for you, so you can get a closer look at what time frames we are looking at. Note that all dates are just indications and may change, but we are doing our best to meet all our deadlines! We will of course keep you informed about changes :) All other goodies that are announced will follow up in the same time frames.

So if everything goes as planned, we will be at GENCON this year with our friends from Paizo Inc., selling our Polaris RPG books! We would be very much looking forward to meeting you there! :) There might even be some Polaris demos or meet-ups there! We'll keep you posted about how things come along and if there should be any delay... (you never know...)

PDFs will be available as soon as everything is sent to the printer and files are approved. This process may take some time, it always depend a bit for each project, but normally backers should start receiving their PDFs starting end of April :)

Does that mean we'll get the PDF versions in April?
Or will they be released when shipping starts?
