September
Hi folks, we've some very exciting news to share this month, but first a quick update for our "Stargazer" backers.
The Stargazer reward tier proved very popular and filled up very quickly during our campaign ten months ago (I know, where has the time gone). In addition to obtaining a copy of the game the main reward here was the chance to be hung onboard the HMSS Imperialise (as opposed to be hanged which would, no doubt, be much less pleasant).
Below you can see an example of how we intend to go about fulfilling this reward:

Expect a direct message from myself very soon with details of where to send your portrait to be used a reference for your in-game painting. Throughout October we (and by we I mean Darren) will work on finishing up all the Stargazer paintings, perhaps showing a few of them off in our October or November updates.
Updated lower deck
We showed you a few screenshots last month of the engineering room sans any light fittings, we're glad to say that things have made some progress since then, do check out the gameplay video below:

This video shows an early (and very dark!) version of the corridor connecting all the rooms on the Imperialise's lower deck, and finally a tour of the engineering room with lights and particle effects added. When done there will be a variety of items scattered about that you'll be able to interact with, as ever everything shown is very much a work in progress!
More mini-game(s)
Paul has been hard at work throughout the month working on a new mini-game which you can grab a sneak peek of below:

It's great to see these little critters up and moving at last. However we do have to warn players, getting a grip of them isn't so straight forward because puzzles.
Game Connection, Paris

If you happen to be attending Game Connection or Paris Games Week at the end of October do look out for ourselves, we just received word that Her Majesty's SPIFFING has been nominated for a Development Award during the show, which is just splendid.
This means we'll have a booth on the show floor... somewhere. We'll post up some more information closer to the time, keep an eye on our Twitter, @OfficialGoat, we'll be tweeting when we're in town.
Lastly
A shout out to Outsider Games, our friends from down the road, who have just announced their own adventure game Wailing Heights, pencilled for release some point early 2016. You can view their announcement trailer below:
Point and clicks are all the rage in Belfast this weather, hopefully there'll be space in your Steam library for us all!
Thanks again for all your support, as ever if you have any comments or questions feel free to leave them below!

Whilst watching said frogs a (console, think Atari 2600 or something like that) game I used to play sprung to mind, IIRC it was called 'FROGGER'. Alas, my tier does not include the game meaning I knew beforehand I wouldn't have time to play so I will be unable to see if the game with the frogs looks like the game I remember.

I freaking love your updates. They are a joy to read and see progress! I am so glad I supported this project, and will eagerly await my turn to damage the SS imperialize in space!
