Stretch Goal Epsilon-Super Fancy Custom Molded Dice or SFCMD
The first and first and a half (now refered to as Alpha and Beta) stretch goal which we achieved thanks to all of your generous support were great milestones and we are really very excited! The next goal really takes the game to the level we have always wanted to get to...Super fancy Custom Molded Dice. You've seen the prototypes (yes we used avery labels and markers) in the videos and with your help we can get to this goal! If we reach our Epsilon stretch goal of $5500.00 each and every set of cards will be sent with their own set of custom dice. The dice card pictured below will then be replaced by the die and that card will become something special we can talk about later.

Zombie/Robot Card Art
Here is the card art for the Alien/Dinosaur Cards
What is LangGuini-
LangGuini is a multi player card game for 3 or more players. The game was designed during the 2011 Global Game Jam in Philadelphia, PA. last year's theme was "Extinction" so we decided that the English language has been deteriorating rapidly so we needed some new words. Being big fans of party games we wanted to make a social game, hence the three player minimum. After almost a year of play-testing and messing around with the mechanics we really want to print this game and get it out there.
What your Money is for-
We have nailed down a professional printer, a snazzy design, a list of word parts for the cards, figured out the mechanics and the general rules and have expanded it a bit over the last month or so. We are ready and believe you are too.
The funds pledged will of course be used to cover the costs of the game being printed professionally rather than by Papa Mustachio's kids', the copyright and TM, shipping and of course to cover the costs to our friends at Kickstarter and Amazon for providing us with this opportunity. Any additional excess we raise will be used to promote the game at shows, expos, additional deck printing etc. So your continued support is GREATLY appreciated!
What comes in the initial deck-
The deck comes with a box with instructions printed on the back. 108 cards in the deck. 1 pair of D6 with stickers to designate how many word parts and what color(s) of word parts to use, thanks to all of you!!! 105 cards that each have two word parts listed on either the yellow or orange side. The final 3 cards are our instructions, special thanks and stuff like that cards.
How do you play-
LangGuini is played by one player being selected as the first to deal/judge. The player selects from one of the 1 decision or "dice card" (hopefully to be replaced by DICE if we get enough pledges) to find out how many word parts and what color(s) will be used. After selecting from that portion of the deck the dealer selects the word part cards and uses the parts to spell out a word of their own design. After laying out the cards the dealer pronounces the new word for the other players to hear. Then in any fashion the players feel comfortable with (random, clockwise, whatever) the players explain what they think is the definition of the word. After all players define the new word the dealer becomes judge and decides who wins that round. The winner keeps the cards that were used and then takes the role of dealer/judge until they pick a winner and so on. The player who wins XX (number of cards, we play to 15 usually, take a break and start again) WINS the game.
Other Details-
A few other items we wanted to cover were international shipping, we will happily ship to anywhere we can we just ask for an additional $8, $6 for Canada first class, added to your pledge to cover the packaging and postage, we hope you understand. If you live significantly closer we ask you to let us know and we can figure out how much shipping will actually be. We will be posting some updates as much as we can and we will be posting a gameplay video for folks to check out very soon.
Thanks for your attention to the project we are excited you took the time to look.
Have some fun.
