We believe good things happen around good food. That’s why two Savannahians with strong ties to family and fellowship started Big Bon Pizza: to bring the magic that happens around their dinner table to yours. Using locally sourced ingredients and recipes, Kay Heritage and Sunju Pitts handcraft delicious pizzas from a wood fire oven on wheels.

Risks and challenges
“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.”
― Helen Keller
Big Bon Pizza has been a giant leap of faith for two native Korean moms to take on. In all honesty, we wouldn't be at this point without our amazing tribe of family and friends. In preparing to launch Big Bon, they have pitched in during every step of the process.
With a goal to build the strongest possible foundation for success, we’ve traveled to three states (and counting!) for pizza training, developed a brand with Flourish Collaborative, found Big Bon’s commercial kitchen “home base”, and met with the best in Savannah for business advice, legal counsel, and the financial set up.
The bottom line? We’re almost there. Big Bon is 95% complete, and this Kickstarter project is the last step. The final brick on the oven, if you will. This is where you, our family and friends, can help us officially launch Big Bon Pizza.
Want to join? We got you. Grab a slice, there’s plenty of room around the bonfire.
